We understand that wood bats can break.

This is why we created the Wood Bat Warranty and aim to provide peace of mind and additional protection. If you purchase this warranty and your wood bat breaks during normal use hitting regular balls within 30 days of the date your bat arrives, we will provide a one-time replacement. Now, unlike ever before, players will have a backup should their wood bat break and parents will have peace of mind knowing their investment is protected.

How It Works

Buy

On eligible wood bats, select the Wood Bat Warranty from the product page or your cart for each bat you would like to warranty. Then complete your order.

Use

You will have 30 days (from the day your bat arrives) to swing, hit, and even use your bat in a game.

Replace

In the occurrence that your wood bat breaks within 30 days from its arrival, simply send it back and receive a one-time replacement.

How Do I Return or Make a Claim for My Broken Wood Bat?

Visit our Returns Page
Fill out the online returns form and a UPS label will be sent to you via email.
Print off the UPS label and tape it to the outside of your box.
Make sure all previous shipping labels, barcodes, and stickers are covered or removed.
Place your bat in the box and drop it off at the nearest UPS store or any affiliate that ships via UPS.

Once we receive your bat and determine that it is covered by the warranty, we will then:

Replace your bat with the same model bat, or
Replace your bat with a comparable bat should your bat be discontinued or otherwise unavailable, or
Provide you with a gift card to be used toward the purchase of other products on JustBats.com.
If we determine that your bat is not covered by this limited warranty, we will return your bat to you.

What is Covered by the JustBats Wood Bat Warranty?

Under the Wood Bat Warranty, JustBats will provide a one-time replacement of your wood bat within thirty (30) days from the date your bat arrives for the following conditions:

Severe denting
Structural cracking
Collapsed cupping affecting performance

What is NOT Covered by the JustBats Wood Warranty?

Wood bats subject to misuse, abuse, or failure to observe proper bat care
Wood bats that have hit any ball heavier than a commonly accepted game ball (i.e. rubber balls, dimpled balls, batting cage balls, etc.)
Wood bats that have damage other than the conditions listed above
Wood bats subject to unauthorized modification or alteration

When Do My 30 Days Start?

The JustBats Wood Bat Warranty officially starts on the date your bat is delivered.

How Many Times Can I Replace My Bat Under the JustBats Wood Bat Warranty?

The JustBats Wood Bat Warranty allows for a one-time replacement if your bat breaks within 30 days of arrival.

Can I Replace My Bat With Another Model?

Unfortunately, no. However, if the model you purchased is no longer available in the same length, you may choose a different model of equal or lesser value.
