Due to copyrights and trademarks, we ask that you choose content that does not violate another party's intellectual property rights. This includes words, phrases, celebrity names, professional sports teams, college team logos, and graphics that are trademarked and/or the legal property of someone else.

Every JustBats.com order receives same day shipping before 8 pm CST. Our brand promise will continue to be On Time, Every Time, Exactly As Expected.
That is to say, you can expect the same fast, free shipping process whether you personalize your bat or not. The addition of a personalized knob decal will not delay your order.

No. At this time, a bat can only have one type of personalized knob decal.
Custom created images are stored in our Bat Personalizer for 90 days. After 90 days from initial creation, the images are deleted from storage.
Bat Packs, another exclusive JustBats.com feature, are the combination of multiple quality bats at one low price. Since the Bat Personalizer is only available on single bat products, we'd rather pass along savings than confusion.
The personalized knob decals are carefully placed on the end of the bat's knob. All decals are the same size; bats, however, are not. Because bat knobs vary in size and surface, JustBats.com chooses eligible bats that are guaranteed to handle the decal.

Our goal is to enhance the bat personalization each day by working with customers, staff, players, and bat manufacturers. At this time, there is no definitive date on when all bats on JustBats.com will be eligible. But, that's our goal, and we don't like to settle.

Major League Baseball (MLB) owns the rights, titles, and interest to any logos associated with the teams. So, while it seems harmless to use a MLB team logo for your decal, it's MLB's intellectual property. While you might see it as being similar to simply borrowing a teammate's bat, it's actually more like taking credit for your teammate's homerun.
First of all, this isn't the dugout, so clean language is preferred. Profanity is not allowed in the Bat Personalizer.
Secondly, if we reject your image, we'll notify you via email, cancel your Custom Product order, and ensure you're not charged.
