We know the hardest part of getting a new bat is waiting for it to be delivered. So if you want to check on your order, here’s what you need to know:

You’ll receive an email from us with a UPS tracking number, and you can click on this number to track your package.
You will receive your tracking number via email after 9:00 pm CST the day your bat ships.
All orders ship the same business day when ordered by 7:00 PM CST.

We use UPS for shipping our ground packages and our air shipments, and all packages are shipped without a signature requirement (unless requested).
