30-Day Wood Bat Warranty

1. Visit our Returns Page
2. Fill out the online returns form and a UPS label will be sent to you via email.
3. Print off the UPS label and tape it to the outside of your box.
4. Make sure all previous shipping labels, barcodes, and stickers are covered or removed.
5. Place your bat in the box and drop it off at the nearest UPS store or any affiliate that ships via UPS.

Once we receive your bat and determine that it is covered by the warranty, we will then:

• Replace your bat with the same model bat, or
• Replace your bat with a comparable bat should your bat be discontinued or otherwise unavailable, or
• Provide you with a gift card to be used toward the purchase of other products on JustBats.com.
• If we determine that your bat is not covered by this limited warranty, we will return your bat to you.

Note: A replacement bat does not start a new 30-day Wood Bat Warranty and we reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any person who, in our sole discretion, abuses its products or the warranty service.

Under the Wood Bat Warranty, JustBats will provide a one-time replacement of your wood bat within thirty (30) days from the date your bat arrives for the following conditions:

• Severe denting
• Structural cracking
• Collapsed cupping affecting performance

• Wood bats subject to misuse, abuse, or failure to observe proper bat care
• Wood bats that have hit any ball heavier than a commonly accepted game ball (i.e. rubber balls, dimpled balls, batting cage balls, etc.)
• Wood bats that have damage other than the conditions listed above
• Wood bats subject to unauthorized modification or alteration

The JustBats Wood Bat Warranty officially starts on the date your bat is delivered.

The JustBats Wood Bat Warranty allows for a one-time replacement if your bat breaks within 30 days of arrival.

Unfortunately, no. However, if the model you purchased is no longer available in the same length, you may choose a different model of equal or lesser value.
