The manufacturer's warranty covers all defective bats. Warranties vary, but most bats will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Any defective bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturers will require a receipt for all returns. If you have lost your receipt, follow our Order Lookup link, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-866-321-BATS (2287). If needed, we can mail or fax a receipt to you as well.
JustBats.com offers a 365 Day Return Policy, all unused items in their original condition may be returned for exchange or refund. If you have a defective item, all warranties are handled through the manufacturer, and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement. When returning a bat that qualifies for an exchange or refund, simply fill out our online returns form and print your free UPS return label. - Place your bat in a box and drop it off at the nearest UPS store or any affiliate that ships via UPS.
UPS affiliates include your nearest UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot®, or Staples®) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. To find the closest UPS location visit UPS Locator and select Drop Off.
Filling out the exchange information does not guarantee that we will still have the item in stock at the time of the exchange. If you would like to guarantee this item, please contact us to purchase the item that you want, and we will issue a refund upon receiving your returned item.

All returns are processed the same day we receive them; your credit card statement can take 48 to 72 hours before the credit reflects on your statement. If you paid via PayPal, Amazon Checkout or Google Checkout, we would not be able to charge any differences to your account. We can credit your account.
