JustBats.com allows you to personalize select products using a variety of colors, patterns, images, and text (each such personalized JustBats.com product, a "Personalized Product").

Product Personalization Guidelines

JustBats.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to review and reject any proposed Personalized Product design (including any accompanying text) for any reason or no reason. If we reject your proposed Custom Product design, we will notify you by email that your image was rejected and cancel your Custom Product order.

The following content is prohibited:

• Profanity
• Alcohol
• Inappropriate slang
• Insulting or discriminatory content
• Content construed to incite violence
• Offensive or pornographic content
• Inappropriate text
• Foreign text
• Material that JustBats.com wishes not to be placed on products
• Content that violates another party's trademark, copyright, patent or any other intellectual property rights (this may include but not be limited to words, phrases, celebrity names, professional sports teams, college team logos, color combinations when used with particular words or geographic designations, logos or images owned by third parties)

By placing a Personalized Order through this site, you acknowledge and expressly state your understanding and agreement that the personalization text entered is accurate and does not contain any restricted text, and that you own all rights, titles, and interest in and to any images or logos uploaded.

Returns Policy

Bats with a personalized knob may be returned and follow the same return policy as other orders. However, the individual bat decal cannot be returned separately. See the full return policy here.

Product Colors

Please note that although the Personalized Products offered by JustBats.com match the real product colors as closely as possible, because of different screens and digital platforms, actual colors may vary.
