Description
Easton Ghost Advanced -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: FP20GHAD10
If you want to put an exclamation point on this year's fastpitch season, show up game-ready with an Easton Ghost Advanced in hand. This state-of-the-art fastpitch softball bat is one of the most advanced tools designed by Easton to date. And once you start blasting those fat meatballs out of the park, you can recognize the Ghost Advanced as a true value for money.
Bat Benefits
Shock your friends and teammates with the power this Easton Ghost Advanced fastpitch softball bat brings. The newly designed Double Barrel 2 engineering equips this bat with both an internal and external barrel. The doubling reduces the compression inside the bat and amplifies the flex of the barrel. It is essentially a micro-whiplash effect whereby you can possibly rope out a gap double on what might otherwise be a standard single. This softball bat also comes with Launch Composite Technology that gives it a fatter, wider sweet spot. And the Power Boost's "Soft Knob" at the base of the handle gives you more control and leverage, further magnifying the whiplash effect on each strong connection. This two-piece softball bat is connected by the patented ConneXion Evolution and fitted with double the Nitrocell compared to other Easton varieties. This ensures nearly no vibration on connection – potentially a first of its kind in the industry. And like most Easton bats, this too comes with the Lizard Skins handle grip providing cushion and tackiness for security and comfort at the plate. Grab this bat and prepare to see your offensive stats soar.
Warranty
This bat is protected by Easton's one-year limited warranty.

Pros: hits great
Cons: none
Pros: Other than all the obvious things it comes with the lizard skin wrap.
Cons: Haven't found any cons yet
Pros: I loved the feel of the bat and the pop was great at first
Cons: Within 2 months of me having it it has broke in 2 places.
Pros: Lots of pop and when making contact ball is gone!
Cons: Our girls had their bats for less then a month and both bats broke! Other friend had one and her daughters broke in two. Not worth your money! Bat will be getting replaced more then being used!
Pros: Excellent pop out of wrapper. Daughter likes feel of it. First at bat was a homerun. Her first ever.
Cons: LASTED ONLY 4 MONTHS AND BROKE. My daughter is 13 and because of COVID has only hit with bat for 4 months.
Pros: Nothing. The bats last about a month.
Cons: Girls on my daughters 14U team including my daughter bought 6 of these bats and 4 have cracked. Easton has serious durability issues with the ghost advanced bat.
Pros: Great pop.
Cons: After 5 months of use the back has a major crack in it and the rest has spider web looking cracks throughout.
Pros: Has pop
Cons: Cracked the first one in two weeks. Cracked the warranty replacement in 3 days. Do not buy this bat.
Pros: Hottest bat on the market. Insane pop.
Cons: Cracked before it was used in a game.
Pros: Hot out of the wrapper!!!
Cons: After a month it developed a wobble at the connection point of the handle and barrel!!
Pros: Timing good with this bat, sweet spot ls lit
Cons: Great load
Pros: The bat has more pop than any other bat she has used.
Cons: It cracks so easily. Just had it replaced. Took a lot of time hitting off the tee and soft toss before using it in BP. First time used, cracked!
Pros: Extreme pop out of the wrapper, great feel.
Cons: This bat broke where the handle fastens to the barrel in less than 6 weeks with minimal use.
Pros: My daughter normally swings a -9 bat, but she felt more comfortable with the -10 version of the Ghost Advanced. When we got home, we understood why. We weighed the bat and her 32" was 23 1/2 oz.--so really a -9 bat. In fact, it's heavier than her other -9 bats. This jibes with why so many other online reviews thought the bat was heavy or end-loaded. Most likely Easton did this to increase the durability of their bats. Other than that, the bat IS balanced, has great pop, and we really like the graphics. She's probably put 2,000 swings on it (mostly tee) and it still looks like new. She's now saving it as a game bat and we have yet to see how durable it will be when facing 65mph fastballs.
Cons: Great bat but misleading labelling. Always go with what feels best, but the -10 is really a -9 bat, and my guess is their other weights follow the same pattern. We'll bring a scale with us from now on when bat shopping so we know she's comparing apples to apples.
Pros: Great pop, bat is super hot, daughter LOVES it!
Cons: Not durable! Bat is only 2 months old and it broke into where the handle meets the barrel
Pros: Great pop and girls like the feel.
Cons: Doesnβt last long before the bat breaks at the joint. Team has about 6 total and all of them are broken. My daughterβs replacement bat last about a month when we got it.
Pros: Great pop
Cons: Have had to replace under the warranty twice in the first year! First bat cracked within the sweet spot after 4 months. The replacement bat they sent us, started to separate between the barrel and the handle. I'm currently trying to replace it because it's still under warranty. Will let u know.
Pros: Best hitting bat sheβs ever had.
Cons: Expensive. It developed a wobble after 4 months.
Pros: My daughter likes the pop
Cons: Already cracked and hasnβt used it very much
Pros: Great Pop, ball jumps off the bat.
Cons: Bat broke and the replacement bat broke within 2 weeks of receiving it. 2 other players on our team same issue, bats broke and replacement bat broke.
Pros: Great feel and pop. The sound is amazing and the ball seems to fly off the barrel just a bit faster than the other top end bats.
Cons: Every one I know of has broken. Easton will only send one replacement and that one will break too. Gotta decide if youβre willing to throw down $450 every few months.
Pros: Lots of pop out of the wrapper.
Cons: My daughter has broken 4 Ghost advanced bats in the last 6 months. very poor construction and lacks durability. When you pay this much for a bat you would expect it to last longer than a few weeks. I am very disappointed Easton would even counite to offer a bat with such poor durability.
Pros: Great feel, lots of pop.
Cons: Bat broke within a couple of months and had to be returned.
Pros: Great pop
Cons: Cracked after first game
Pros: More pop than any other bat on the market.
Cons: Cracked first day
Pros: Hot out of the wrapper Daughter likes it better than her Ghost
Cons: None yet, have only used it one tournament and a few practices.
Pros: Good balance, good feel through the zone.
Cons: Not Durable..broke in month 5. Itβs too expensive to break/crack so quickly
Pros: Great pop
Cons: Too expensive for the longevity. Plan on 2 per year due to bat pretty much falling apart.
Pros: Great pop
Cons: Do not I mean do not purchase this bat at all if you are a serious hitter. We are on the 3 rd replacement and Rawlings is terrible now with the warranty The worst durability of any bat out there.
Pros: Good pop.
Cons: They are crack and break very quickly. My daughter 13y/o has had 3 of these bats and all cracked very quickly. The first cracked in 1 month. They replaced it under warranty but it costs 80 dollars to ship it to California under their shipping guidelines. The replacement bat cracked in 2 days. I got her a new one this Xmas and it cracked after only 2 bucket of balls. We are hitting in a warm indoor environment with regulation game balls. DO NOT BUY THIS BAT! There needs to be a class action lawsuit because I am sure Easton is aware of this but is fine with giving you a one time replacement. Profti margin must be quite nice as they are doing nothing about this obvious design problem.
Pros: Great hot bat
Cons: Cracked after using it in about 3 games
Pros: Great pop
Cons: My 10 year old has cracked 3. Has never had one over 1-2 weeks before it cracks and is sent back. Do not waist your money. I expect more from Easton.
Pros: Daughter loves the feel of the bat, probably her favorite bat in this bats price range and has good pop.
Cons: Bat has the worst durability ever! We are on our 2nd replacement bat for the 21 model with a total of 34 games between both cracked bats! We were also on our 3rd replacement on our 2020 model. I read the negative review for the durability on this bat but went against my judgement because my daughter (14u) loved the bat.
Pros: Great bat. As good as any bat I have ever seen.
Cons: They arenβt the most durable. My daughter cracked her last one in one season. But she loves it so much she got another.
Pros: hits great
Cons: I didn't even use it for half of the season and it has already cracked. Hopefully, the warranty is still good. It cost too much for not last an entire season.
Pros: Awesome pop! Light easy level swing! Nice clean look!
Cons: Broke in half after 2 months.
Pros: It has great pop while it lasts.
Cons: A year and two weeks after purchase the ghost broke in half. Maybe time to buy something else.
Pros: I own a Ghost for my first bat and my grandad bought me the next size for my birthday and WOOO HOO super excited. Heavier since I am in between. Lizard skin on the bat so I donβt have to place on myself. Will never use anything else but a GHOST!
Cons: None
Pros: Good pop
Cons: Bat paint chips and cracks looks like your bat is cracked
Pros: My 8 yo daughter was using a $40 ghost from Walmart and get it to the outfield now it goes to fence. Solid contact every time. Another girl has same bat but older and every girl is now using it and hitting to the fence. Even if it cracks within a year I wonβt regret this one second.
Cons: Normal wear and tear but the graphics already have deep scratches. Not complaining just warning parents to prepare for it.
Pros: Excellent pop and distance with hits
Cons: Cracked after only two months. Will be contacting the manufacturer
Pros: Idk yet just bought the bat and wonβt be here until today. Iβm now kinda nervous because I see a lot of bat breaking and cracking posts so Iβm a little on edge being how expensive this is. Hopefully my 7yr old doesnβt have this happen.
Cons: None yet
Pros: Just like any other Ghost Advanced bat the durability is hit and miss. We have had 2 previous ghost advanced -11 bats and first one didnβt last a month and the replacement lasted about 8 months. Both were broken in about the same. We will see how long this one lasts. Still not a bat out there with as much pops as this one.
Cons: Durability
Pros: Bat has great pop. Balls fly off the bat. Great feel, no bat sting.
Cons: Bat cracked in only two uses. Only used on batting tee and front toss. Read negative reviews about the bat being prone to breaking. But, purchased anyways thinking my 12u daughter would be physically too small to break the bat. I was wrong, hopefully Easton honors the warranty.
Pros: Fantastic POP
Cons: if you get jammed and can't hit the inside pitch very well the bat will break towards the part of the barrel that tappers off -- my 17 yr has broken 3 now over the last three years, BUT no other bat out there has the pop this has -- she's hit 48 lifetime (200ft fence) HR's and weights 135lbs -- not for everyone but if you never get jammed this is AWESOME!
