Pros: My son just got this Bat. He is an 11u player. He says the POP is Great. The balance is so good he barely recognizes the weight increase for -10. He has Hit the ball 240' @ 70mph on Hit Tracks. At team bp he launched 2 out. He is very confident with his new Omaha. Once again GREAT JOB LOUISVILLE. ????????????
Cons: none to be determined at this time!
Pros: Swing weight, my son just turned 13 and is playing 14u as well. We knew it would be had to play with a -10 and a BBCOR at the same time so we went to a drop -5 as a transition. He has only used it at two bps but he is all smiles.
Cons: To soon to tell that is the only reason I did not give it five stars. It seams like a grey bat.
Pros: I got this bag for my son who is 11. He LOVES this bat, he has been hitting extremely well with it and hasn’t switched bats since I got it for him. I would say it was a great purchase and I would highly recommend it!
Cons: I have nothing negative to say and my son hasn’t had a complaint yet
Pros: Feel, pop
Cons: None
Pros: Great pop, comes with good grip, hot out of the box
Cons: None
Pros: This is well balanced bat. Just moved up from a -10 still balanced well enough to swing. Has good pop to it. Have only had it about a month, don’t know the durability yet.

Pros: Pop, looks good. Son's friend hit two 320'+ hr's this past wkend. The kid previously only used zens. He loves the -5 Omaha. He's had it for about 2 wks.
Cons: None yet.
Pros: Bought my 13 year old son the 32” drop 5 and he loves it. The bat is well balanced with plenty of pop.
Cons: None yet.
Pros: Son is 13 and love this bat
Cons: None
Pros: Better Price than Dicks Nice pop Other players like to use it
Cons: None so far
Pros: Hot right out of the wrapper.
Cons: None
Pros: Picked this up to have -5 for an 11u player to hit bp with. After a couple of sessions he prefers it to the minus 10she has. He is smaller than average, and have really been surprised how well he is hitting it. It appears they put the extra 5 ounces to good use. Great value at the close out price.
Cons: Can't speak about durability only have hit a 100 balls or so. Vibration, it's a one piece aluminum, it vibrates a when you miss the spot, I always feel that can be a good thing.
Pros: Price
Cons: Vibration
Pros: Balance and feel, had great pop right out of the box. We bought this bat for my son who has to be at a drop five next year so he could start swinging and using it. He liked the balanced feel of it right out of the box so he used it the very next day in a game and hit a line drive to the warning track on a 330 fence, he is 13. He likes the bat more than his Easton ghost drop 8. The only reason I rated durability a four is we haven't had it long enough to know how well it will hold up.
Cons: None so far

About the Brand
In 1842, J. Frederick Hillerich emigrated with his family from Baden-Baden, Germany to the United States. Eight years before, the 1834 Book of Sports had made its debut as the nation's first publication covering baseball. But when he arrived in Baltimore, J. Frederick Hillerich would never have dreamed of the future impact his family would have on America's favorite pastime.
After a short while, the Hillerichs moved to Louisville, where J. Fred started a woodworking shop in 1856. Two of his sons, Adam and John Andrew "Bud" were born in the United States and would later join their father in his business. By 1864 "J.F. Hillerich, Job Turning" was in operation and filled orders for businesses by custom-turning everything from balusters to bedposts.
The firm thrived, and by 1875 the little woodworking shop employed about 20 people. In 1880 Bud Hillerich, who was an amateur baseball player, became an apprentice in his father's shop. Young Bud made his own baseball bats along with bats for several of his teammates.
The debate over the origins of the first bat continues to generate controversy among baseball enthusiasts, but the younger Hillerich was most certainly involved in getting his father's business involved with what would become the company's signature item. According to company legend, the first bat was turned by Bud for Pete "The Old Gladiator" Browning in 1884. Browning was a star on Louisville's professional American Association team - the Eclipse. On a spring afternoon Bud, then seventeen, witnessed Browning break his favorite bat. Bud offered to make a bat for his hero, and Browning accepted. After the young wood shop apprentice lathed a quality stick from white ash, according to the story, Browning got three hits with it in the next game.
Louisville Slugger gloves are worn by more pitchers in Major League Baseball than any other glove.
