Awesome! Taylor Parent

Pros: My 8u son plays for a travel ball team and absolutely loves this bat. He hated his CAT8 so we were in the hunt for finding a bat and just took a chance on this one. The pop was on point. Definitely had to break it in a bit we used a tee and then some soft toss for a week prior to weekend tourney. The bat was hot and he loves the feel! We just moved him up and oz and length and has no trouble getting it around and we find the weight equally distributed. The bat has a very large sweet spot. This bat was a great asset to him and he has performed very well with it.

Cons: A little pricey but for us very worth it. Also not that it’s a “con” just different but when you hit it makes a different sound.

Good game bat. huge barrel 32/22 2020 model arthur shull Parent

Pros: Balanced bat with home run power. In game shots 300ft on small fields (200-225ft) for 12U are fun to watch. One piece that is stiff is great for transitioning to BBCOR teaching batter to barrel the ball correctly. Great sweet spot, good power on hands and end cap that will still flare to mid outfield on miss hits. Hot out of wrapper. Batter hit homer day 1 with bat. White paint shows ball marks easily but wipe off with a wet magic eraser. Lightest swing weight of many dozen bats and models we tested. swings like many other brands bat 1 inch less in size. Batter has better control of bat through zone -5 version for 13U will remain a game only bat lizzard skin grip is the thinner style. easton power knob fits knob and dampens vibration to hammick bone area of hand. good warranty (1 year) with quick turn around by MFG

Cons: Provides feedback vibration if batter does not put ball on sweet spot. It will ring hands on miss hits. Not as durable as combat version which the barrel lasts. 12U power hitter (lead team in homers) cracked 2 2020 models in 40 games while splitting BP time an old combat maxum the same size. easton 32/22 lasted ~4000 hits & ~2000 hits Old combat models on same batter lasted 20,000+ hits each.

Louis Parent

Pros: Okay so the pros on this bat it has an extreme amount of pop a lot of people sleep on this bat but my son and many of his teammates have hit home runs with this bat and I have the videos to prove it haven't had any durability issues

Cons: so the cons on this bat is it does have the same type of feedback of a wooden bat which I actually like if you do get jammed in on the inside or the outside and you don't have some type of cushion pad that you use when you're swinging the bat you will feel it

Not worth the money Justin M. Parent

Pros: None

Cons: We purchased this Bat for $299 at a big box store. We thought we were upgrading from a $99 Rawlings bat to this one. My son hated this bat from the get-go. In games and batting practice this bat did not perform to expectations. The $99 Rawlings bat far out-performed this bat. Save your money.

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Easton MAXUM 360 -10 USSSA Baseball Bat: SL20MX10? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

What is the difference in this and last year's Combat Maxum -10? Also what is the difference in this and the Easton ADV? Baseball Bob
There will not be a significant difference between this model and the Combat Maxum. Easton acquired Maxum and used much of its manufacturing technology when creating the new Maxum. The only difference is Easton implementing its new 360 technology to improve the performance all around the barrel. The Easton ADV model is a two-piece composite using Easton's latest composite manufacturing, while the Maxum is a one-piece composite design based on Combat's manufacturing.
Kyle
What is the difference between last year's Combat Maxum and this Easton Maxum? Jay
