Description

The bat that made your childhood homerun dreams come true has grown up!! COMBAT has brought the legendary B1 design to senior league bat technology. A soft feeling, durable and high performance bat the B1SL utilizes COMBAT's MAP technology. Extremely tight machining tolerances (+/- .0005") precisely control both the outer and inner wall bat barrel diameters, this allows COMBAT's engineers to design bat wall thicknesses to maximize barrel trampoline and bat performance. What this really means is, longer barrel lengths and lighter bats resulting in maximum allowable performance. The first thing you notice when you see the new B1SL is the huge length of the barrel. The first thought that comes to mind is "WOW!!!" These bats truly have the longest barrel lengths in the industry. This is really a mammoth jump in hitting area and sweet spot. Foul balls will be a thing of the past as you are sure to get this 2 5/8" big barreled bat around with its -8 or -10 drop. Durability of the B1SL is enhanced with the addition of COMBAT's proprietary Nanocomp Technology. With Nanocomp Technology, carbon nanotubes effectively fill in relatively low strength microscopic gaps between fibers to dramatically increase bat strength and durability. The bottom line is: You have seen the homeruns fly over the fence in the Little League World Series from the Youth B1's, now it's time to step up to the BIG BARREL of the B1SL senior league. Pros: My son plays 12's AAU. Has The 2011 Dimarini Voodoo which is a bit end loaded for him. The 2011 H2 hybrid which is real good. And is currently using the best balanced bat in the world...The B1. It's his 6th Combat.

Cons: They all break. But until they do, nothing compares

Pros: This is a great bat almost our whole team is using it. the ball just jumps of it, all of our hitters are hitting the ball harder. JUST LOVE IT. Coach C.

Pros: Awesome bat. Swings light, huge pop, hot right out of the box. 8U son loves it. High confidence at the plate. Went from 26/14 Stealth to 26/16 Combat with no problem. Swing speed is just as fast. Love it. Price is high but you wont find another composite bat this hot for this cheap.

Pros: Wow, what can i say? The B1 Combats are DA BOMB. These bats put another 30 feet on the long ball. Why would anyone buy their kids anything else?

Pros: Swings great. Feels light. When you hit it on the sweet spot, the ball flies. Its really up to you on getting hits.

Cons: Not as much pop as I was expecting. I had the youth B1 for little league and it had much more pop.

Pros: I bought this bat for my 11 yo son. He is consistently over the outfielders head. The ball jumps off the bat. It has much more pop than the alloy bat he uses in the cages. This bat has a huge barrel with very nice balance. When other kids borrow it in games it is a contest to see who can crank the farthest.

Cons: Not many. It does get scratched up in the dugout, but all bats do. I think the composite just makes the scratches look worse than an alloy bat.

Pros: I've been coaching five years now, Combats are by far the best bats on the market, we've tried nearly all of them. I will never buy anything other than ComBat for my son in 2 1/4" or big barrell. Very light for size, best pop of any bat we've tried. I've bought 3 for our team to use, variouls lengths, weights etc. all great.

Pros: Large sweet spot. Soft feel/No sting. The ball leaves the bat like a rocket. Good quality grip. Good bat speed (less end load). Very little performance difference between B1 and more expensive B2.

Cons: 2 5/8" instead of 2 3/4". Finish/paint is soft. Plastic knob. Every other kid on the team wants to use the bat.

Pros: one of the best bats on the market. I used to use my friends miken burn and had great power. like warning track. then i bought this bat and WOW. more power. Im 12 hitting bombs on a 250 field with the youth -12. Im moving to se4nior leauge this year and dont know either the -8 b1 or b2

Pros: holly heck!!! i just got back from my baseball game 20-30min ago my friend has this bat and i wanted to use it cuz ive been lookin at the b2 so i did never even swung the bat b4 and i killed it about 30-40feet past the fence this bat rocks im looking forward to getting the big barrel version!!!!

Pros: My 10 yr old nephew has the Triton, VooDoo and the Combat B1. Most of the kids like the Triton because of the big barrel, but the Combat has the most pop by far! The Combat is also balanced better and feels lighter than the Triton which is more end loaded.

Pros: This bat is the best of the best my son took it out to Twin creeks this weekend hit the fence on a fly twice and had two more doubles you would be crazy not to get this for your kid he got the 32/24 and is only 12 and has no problem the sweet spot on this thing is unbelievable

Cons: None what so ever as him about the sting that others talked about it must be the way they are grippiong it maybe to tight cuz it never happened to him
