Bat Benefits
This MAG7 has a multi-piece design and Miken is calling it a 3-piece bat (to the lay person, it will consist of a barrel and a handle that meet together at a connection point). As well, the material used on it will be composite!
Miken outfits the bat with a couple of their advanced technologies! Z1649 is the specific name of the composite that is used on the bat. And that composite ensures that its fibers take advantage of strategic angles to bring about low compression and a great sized sweet spot. Also, the bat has the Sensi-Flex Technology which comes into play at the connection of the barrel and handle. Sensi-Flex makes sure that energy flows from the handle-to-the-barrel to increase bat speed (during the swing) and it eliminates most uncomfortable vibrations from ever reaching a player's hands after the softball is struck!
Lastly, make note that this bat will feature a 1/2 oz (slight) end load and that it will have the the Senior Softball Certification on it! It will not be allowed under standard USSSA or USA Softball (ASA) rules!
Warranty
Due to the bat having the SSUSA (Senior Softball) stamp and being extremely high performing, Miken extends <u><b>NO WARRANTY</b></u> on this bat. However, if you wanted a little bit of coverage, please know that you can purchase it along with JustBats' Bat Assurance Program. The Bat Assurance Program would give you 30 days to try the bat for 30 bucks. If the bat broke or you just didn't like it within 30 days of the purchase date, you could return it for a full refund!
