Perfect first BBCOR bat Dave Parent

Pros: Helps ease the transition from Drop 5 /helps your player hit faster pitching. This is for the kid who is less than 150 lbs but must switch to BBCOR for high school/15U.

Cons: No real cons & probably suitable for most 9th graders. D1 prospects that already are 175+ pounds will want something more end-loaded.

Pros: Lightweight and balanced bat with some pop! My son is a contact hitter and says this is the easiest bat he’s ever had to swing. He likes the bat so much, he’s still using it in tourneys that aren’t BBCOR only. He’s been crushing the ball with this bat, and you can’t beat the price.

Pros: I have the Vandal 2 and this Lev 3 is even better. It actually feels lighter than the 2 and has plenty of pop for what I need it to do. Victus needs to continue to produce this bat. The There is no balanced light swinging bat in their lineup anymore. This is best bat Victus has ever made and should keep making it.

Cons: Nothing, wouldn't change a thing.

Good starter BBCOR JB Coach

Pros: Easy swing weight for a BBCOR. Swings light and hits hard (enough) Great BBCOR for younger players who are moving up to BBCOR from USA/USSSA Great feel on the tapered knob. My son is 5'3" 120lbs 7th grader. He has slowly been working up from -8 to-3 getting ready for High School. He can swing this at 32/-3 without any issues. This bat swings very light, and is a great transition bat for younger players.

Cons: None really. Not sure about pop in game as we've only used it with Rapsodo, but the numbers seem good. Slightly higher than his USA Easton Hype (-10), lower than his USSSA catX. (-8) Durablity is also an unknown at this point.

Pros: Great bat, priced right! Let's be honest folks all these single piece bats are over priced considering your going to get very similar performance. This bat works well for our player because its balanced and has bigger barrel then most aluminum single piece bats. We've tried the catx, voodoo one (broken knob) and the atlas (broken dampener). This bat is just as good if not better at the right price point! Get this not that, you'll thank me later.

Cons: Nothing to complain about this bat.

Pros: One of the most balanced BBCOR's my son has swung. The new tapers handle feels great in the hands like a wood bat handle. The barrel and sweetspot seems really big for how light the bat is. Anti-vibration knob is cool and my son said it does feel better than the previous vandal his buddy has that doesnt have the knob.

Pros: Great light swinging line drive hitters bat! No sting and durable. The grip is grippy the taper is perfect. My player has been smashing with it in the cage and prefers this over his no knob demarini and cat x. Because he's moving up in length this bat makes the transition super easy.

Pros: My son's been using this line since the first iteration, they've all been fantastic. He also has the Cat X which he used this past season. Victus listened and made the Vandal better by adding a smaller knob, a much better taper and a dampening system to boot. Lowering the price instead of continually raising the price like the competitors. Well Done!! These bats are the most slept on and underrated bats in BBCOR due to all the hype on the "other" brands BBCOR on YouTube. Thank You Victus for listening to your customers. How does it preform? On par if not better than than all the single piece bats out there including durability which has never been a problem with Victus. This will be the bat my son will be using for the rest of the season and the next.

Cons: Nothing to complain about with this bat! It's great!

Still a Cat 9 Eric B. Player

Pros: Probably the lightest swing weight bat in any length. The size of the sweet spot feels the same as the Cat 9.

Cons: Victus ambiguously marketed this to appear to be an even-lighter Cat X, and it’s still a Cat 9. The only difference from previous Vandals is the knob, which is a weird pommel with a stepped notch - so good luck re-gripping it, unless you keep the silly stock taper. It’s not the same as the Marucci anti-vibration knob, and had I known it looks like it does, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

For a kid that’s 6'2" and 183 lbs., was using an Icon 33/30 but has been experimenting with a 34/31 Voodoo ONE, you think 34/31 in this new Vandal will be too much? Voodoo ONE and Lev 3 are about the same swing weight? Is this barrel the same size as last year's Vandal? Gee

If the player has been using a 34 inch DeMarini Voodoo ONE, and not having any issues with that size, the he should certainly be able to handle the Victus Vandal Lev3 BBCOR Baseball Bat: VCBV3 as this bat would swing more balanced. In terms of barrel profile they would be very similar.
