The 243 is a legendary turn model for power hitters to swing. It has a thin handle that allows for a large barrel to exist on the other end of the bat. Because of that big barrel, the bat is going to feel particularly end-loaded. We usually shy away from telling contact hitters to check out a 243 as it is usually too heavy for them to use and make the necessary precise swings. This 243 will really be for the big boppers hitting in the 3, 4 or 5-hole of a line-up!
