Description

The Chandler Team Series wood baseball bats are specific models geared toward both entry level and developed players who have experience hitting with wood. With a pro quality, maple wood construction combined with the famous Chandler proprietary G matte finish, these wood bats provide an original look with one of the hardest hitting surfaces of all-time. The Team Series are guaranteed to arrive with a slightly cupped barrel end to enhance durability, improve overall balance, and ensure a strong piece of maple during the creation of each wood bat. On the handle of each model, you'll notice an unfinished circle with an ink dot in the middle. This is to prove the slope of grain straightness and is required for MLB approval on every professional bat. Chandler Bats will not be selling the Team Series direct to consumers and you can only buy these wood bats through select retailers, such as right here at JustBats.com. Experience Chandler Bats: A True Measure Of Quality & Consistency.

This Chandler Team Series KB17A Maple Wood Baseball Bat (KB17A) features an approximate 2 1/2" barrel diameter, an approximate -2 to -3 length to weight ratio, and is modeled after MLB All-Star Kris Bryant's bat. Terrible, Buyer beware. Gary Brooks parent

Pros: NONE...

Cons: No pop, priced way too expensive. Team series bats have NO warranty. Very expensive lesson to learn.

Pros: Stick is super clean and feels great in the hand. Weighted well and the wood is super solid. After taking some more hacks with it I will come update the pop and durability.

Cons: Was advertised with a cupped end, however mine did not come cupped.

Expensive but worth it. Bye bye Marucci/Mizuno Alex W. player

Pros: Balance - Surprisingly well balanced for a 243 in comparison to the MZP243 I was using before. Barrel is 2 1/2 which is small for a 243. Swings like a 271 with a small handle. Feel - Bat feels phenomenal upon contact. In my opinion, has more pop than the Marucci and Mizuno maples I've retired since acquiring this bat. Finish - The G Matte black textured finish feels great with or without gloves. Replaced the white Chandler logo with a gold one which really sets it off Overall - I would highly recommend this bat for anyone who is experienced in using wood bats and doesn't mind spending the extra $. It feels great, looks great, and I have zero buyer's remor

Cons: Description - It is NOT cupped at the end like the photo shows, still very well balanced Durability - I only gave it four stars because my first one lasted 5 games before cracking on a ball hit close to the end of the barrel, but immediately re-ordered because I like it THAT much Price - Its a little high considering its an entry level for Chandler, but definitely worth it if you are looking for a nice bat.

About the Brand

David Chandler founded RxSport and started making Chandler bats in 2010.  Using the woodworking techniques he learned while in the luxury furniture business, David Chandler has successfully created a maple wood baseball bat that is not only stronger, but also higher performing than anything else currently on the field.

It starts with the absolute top quality maple wood with near-perfectly straight grains.  The maple used is extremely high density and virutally unbreakable.  Each bat is turned by hand, and not mass produced like many wood bats today.  The glossy finish that gives Chandler bats their distinguished look is sprayed on - not hand-dipped.  After finishing and sealing the bats, the whole bat-making process takes around one week.  During the process, each bat is inspected 11 times to ensure quality.

This attention to detail not only leads to a quality product, but a CONSISTENTLY quality product.  There are now over 40 Major League players that have swung, or are swinging Chandler bats when they step to the plate.  With the hype that has already been generated, you can be sure you'll start seeing Chandler bats on fields everywhere in no time!
