Axe baseball bats lead the pack in regard to cutting edge technology and elite level performance. The HyperWhip is back and better than ever. With a one-piece, fusion construction, this model gives you the stiff feel of a one-piece bat with the balanced swing weight of a two-piece bat. Three inches of carbon fiber fuse to the tip of the HyperWhip Fusion barrel that is constructed out of the military grade Mantic alloy. This helps eliminate unnecessary weight for better overall balance, bat speed, and barrel size. All the while, the Mantic alloy is providing maximum strength, long lasting durability, and powerful performance at the plate. On the other end of the bat, the patented Axe handle has the shock-absorbing Endogrid technology inside of it to help reduce vibrations to the bottom hand and practically eliminate all sting. Last, but certainly not least, an engineered hitting zone optimizes power through a 270-degree contact area, so you'll never need to rotate your barrel for durability. Axe: Make The Switch!
This Axe HyperWhip baseball bat (L138F) features a standard 2 5/8-inch barrel diameter, a drop 3 length to weight ratio, and the BBCOR certified stamp for high school and collegiate approval. Axe Handle Scientifically Proven Benefits
Better Bat Control - High-speed video reveals a "hammering" motion from the traditional round knob. The Axe handle stabilizes the grip, increasing barrel control.
More Power & Bat Speed - Range of motion is increased and tension is reduced in the hands, resulting in greater power transfer and more bat speed.
Enhanced Comfort - The Axe handle is ergonomically designed to fit naturally in the contour of your hand.
Reduces Injuries - Traditional handles put tremendous pressure on a single point of the hand, which contains the commonly broken Hamate bone. The flush backside of the Axe handle relieves this pressure.

About the Brand
Launched by Baden Sports in 2011, the Axe line of bats was hailed as a breakthrough in bat technology by players and coaches from youth leagues to the Pros. The makers of the Axe line of bats often pose the question, "What does your traditional knob do for you?" Most players don't have a good answer. Axe engineers have created a handle that is not only more comfortable and safer in terms of hand injuries, but also helps improve the hitter's swing by keeping them on an even plane. Although Axe is new to the market, they are backed by Baden Sports, Inc., an independent, family-owned company that has been making baseball products since 1979. Their passion to create a better game is unparalleled, making it no surprise that the Axe handle is set to be baseball's next big thing.
