Bat Benefits
The Techzilla is going to deliver the performance that any developing baseball star will want out of their bat! This bat will have a one-piece and all-alloy design that can be found at ballfields all over the world. And with it being a drop 8 model, it will work really well for players aged 12 & 13 years old (be sure to note at least a drop 8 size of bat will be required for players in 12U USSSA tournaments and leagues). That being said, if you had a stronger 11-year-old player, they might be interested in this bat too!
You should know that Anderson has worked meticulously on the design of the 7075 alloy that goes into this bat for 2 years. They believe that this release of the bat will capture the incredible performance that made the "Techzilla" name synonymous with hitting success in the early 2000s.
Warranty
In order to be well-regarded in the bat world, a manufacturer has to be willing to assist their customers. Because of that, Anderson is happy to extend a twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty period on this bat. I would like to know more about your bats and company. My grandson is 11 years old and he used a Marucci Cat 9 -8 USSSA bat this year hitting 16 home runs with a batting average of little over .600. How does Techzilla compare? He is always looking to upgrade on his bats. Brian Misko

A High-Tech Engineer, a Sales Manager for a chemical company, and a Professional Yacht Racer with a background in mechanical engineering are not likely to have much in common. But they did, and still do. You guessed it…SOFTBALL.
Our passion for “Diamond” sports goes back many years, but it was about 10 years ago that we started manufacturing and private labeling our bats for other companies. In 1999, Steven Anderson designed a new multi-wall high-performance bat that featured our patented “Power Arch” technology. After thorough testing, it was ready for the company that we designed it for, but they were going through a transition period and were not ready to move on it.
Here was the bummer, our team was counting on using these bats in a big tournament that was just a month away and we could not put their graphics on the bats until the deal between the two of us was inked.
Steven offered a solution … they are already certified by the governing bodies so why don’t we put our own graphics on them and use them in the tourney. What a great idea and that is exactly what we did.
I was driving to the plant the next morning wearing my championship “T” shirt and had no idea that when I arrived at 6:30 am that the message machine would be filled and the phones would be ringing. The messages and the calls were all basically the same … “How do I get my hands on one of those new Anderson Techwraps”?
That is how it started, and since then we have released the FlexTech, FastTech, RocketTech, TechZilla, Pyrotech, and we are not done.
