Pros: Understand that it's a kid's bat. It's not a rocket launcher. My youngest is 7. He hits great with it. Why? Because he likes it. And because he likes it, he swings it a lot. Because he swings it a lot, he hits well. He doesn't care about pop, or balance, or any of the stuff that the parents nag about constantly. So, what does he like about it? It's BLUE and it's loud. That's about it. He will wear it out, and want something else, and that's fine. We get way too caught in all the hype. This bat is made for little kids. Buy them what they like and let them swing it. It's reps that make them better, not super teflon 9000 titanio 3x whatever. If your kid is denting it, get him something heavier. If your kid doesn't hit well with it, try something lighter. I don't know. The age group this is targeted at just needs to think they like it so they'll use it.
Cons: None. It's a bat for little kids, and works fine for what it is.
