I actually tried to purchase this bat through a different online retailer because their 'free' shipping would have reached us sooner. Unfortunately, we did not discover until the following evening that the bat was not in stock, and would not be for another 2-3 weeks. I was able to cancel the order, and went to the JustBats.com site and placed my order. Through your online tracking program, I was pleased to see that the bat had actually been shipped the same night I ordered it. In addition, it was actually delivered one day early!

I ordered a bat from your website and stated that I wanted shipping within 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised when it came in 3. I opened the package and took off the cellophane to discover that the bat had a dent in the side. I called your company and talk to a service representative, he asked if the box had been damaged and I told him no, he said that he would overnight a new bat to me and asked me to package up the dented one and write on it to be returned. I then noticed that the box did have a slice in the side that corresponded to the dent in the bat. The reason that I am writing to you is to let you know that I was treated wonderfully and I felt that this service should not go unrecognized. I am thoroughly pleased with your company, and your website and the way you handled my complaint. I expect that I will order from your website again, and you can be assured that I will tell all my friends about the courteous and prompt service I received.
