Your delivery is ALWAYS on time and the return policy is SUPER FAST! I returned 2 bats on a Saturday with the enclosed return mail sticker and received notification of the receipt the next Monday. The replacement was shipped out that Monday afternoon. WOW! World class customer service and focus ALL AROUND! I ordered online for 2-day delivery then changed my mind and called to have the order ship next day. The gentleman that helped me was curtious and made the change with no hesitation. The bat delivered about 1pm the next day. My son was able to break it in before his all star tournament and is very pleased with it.
