My son purchased an 09 DeMarini Vendetta, which broke with 12 months. I could not find the receipt to return for warranty. I ordered online for 2-day delivery then changed my mind and called to have the order ship next day. The gentleman that helped me was curtious and made the change with no hesitation. The bat delivered about 1pm the next day. My son was able to break it in before his all star tournament and is very pleased with it.
