"The level of customer support and understanding to my situation. I regrettably forgot the name of the person (male) who assisted me and I hope you can track this person and give him, again, my sincerest 'thank you!' for his level of support.I ordered a bat from JustBats.com for my son in advance of his 13th birthday party. Just a couple of days prior to the event, I learned that I had ordered the wrong bat, which at this time the bat was enroute to my address. I contacted customer support to see what my options for exchanging the bat, knowing that the correct bat would arrive after the birthday event. To my surprise, the customer service person was able to intercept the original bat and send out the correct bat just in time for my birthday event. This level of customer service far exceeded my expectations, and I thank you (and the person who assisted me) for this level of support!
