We were very happy with the customer service we received when we placed the call to your company on Wednesday regarding our daughter’s defective bat. We did not expect a new bat to be delivered overnight on just our word that the old bat was defective. We will be sure to spread the word among the other softball parents about how well you take care of your customers.
