"To the Justbats.com Staff, just want to thank you for your wonderful customer service. My son has been saving for an Anderson Techzilla, and we finally ordered one last Saturday night. It was due to arrive today. At the time of order, the 31" bat was not listed on your web site, so we ordered the 30" instead. This past Tuesday night, my other son was checking the web site, and discovered that the 31" bat was listed. After talking it through, we decided to order the 31" and return the 30" when it arrived. While excited to get the bat he really wanted, my son was disappointed that he probably would not get the bat until next week, in time for ALL Stars, but not our league tournament. Lo and behold, less than two days later, the 31" bat just arrived via FedEx (which i did not even request). I can't tell you how excited both of my boys will be when they come home from school today to discover the bat they've been dreaming about has arrived just in time for their big game tonight. Your company is awesome, and we've recommended you to everyone that we know who is shopping for a new bat. Thanks so much for making our day! I'll arrange to return the 30" bat as soon as it arrives tonight or tomorrow."
