"I just wanted to pass along some feedback to your organizational leadership. Let me first start off by saying that I'm not easily impressed by any company or service organization. With that said, I'm extremely impressed with your company. I ordered a bat for my son on Friday and it arrived the next day with your Saturday delivery option. We only had a one day window for delivery based on travel and vacation schedules, and if missed or delayed would present numerous logistical challenges. I was highly skeptical of the transaction and doubtful that delivery would arrive on time. To my great surprise, the bat was delivered on time and exactly as ordered. I don't remember the woman's name that helped me place the order, but she should be commended for her accuracy and coordination of delivery. Please pass along this feedback to your leadership and keep up the good work. You've won a customer for life based on this experience.
