I have purchased several bats from this website over the years and have always been happy with the quick shipping and good prices. But what has really impressed me was my last order last week. I ordered a new bat for my son and it came in as quick as ever which was good because he had a tournament last weekend. There was a minor imperfection with the bat that I asked customer service about just to be sure it would not cause any issues with performance. Instead of giving me the runaround your customer service department sent a new bat with next day delivery at no charge and it arrived in time for his tournament. I could not be more happy with this experience and I look forward to buying all of his bats from Justbats.com in the future.
