"My son's bat arrived on Thursday morning. He was so excited that he told me he could not sleep Wednesday. The bat was unfortunately defective. The connection from the barrell to the handle came un-done. I called and was able to talk to someone that night. We missed the shipping time but a new bat was sent, no questions asked, the next day to the out of town tournament site where my son was playing. When customer service heard that we were out of town, they suggested sending to where we would be. I had not thought of it."
