"Damon in customer service was absolutely fantastic. My son's bat was deemed illegal by the PONY league and he broke another teammates bat making it to the the PONY World Series. Leaving in 2 days for California from Ohio he did everything he could to make sure the bat would be shipped to their hotel in time to make the series- and be tested legal. (I will provide an update if UPS drops the ball). He even told me to confirm with the hotel to make sure they accept packages and if they would hold it if it arrived before they did. I have bought bats here before but now will NEVER buy a bat anywhere else. Money can not replace customer service and Damon just made a customer for life. I sincerely thank you."
