I ordered my son's bat online and paid for an advanced shipment because of his birthday. Justbats told me it would arrive on Monday before 3:00 pm and it arrived right on time and actually earlier than 3:00 pm. I recently ordered a bat for my son for Christmas (6 days before Christmas day) The next day i realized I had ordered the wrong bat (louisville solo 618 senior bat) they were out of stock on the actual junior bat that I wanted the rep told me about a few other bats that were comparable in quality and price I chose the Easton Beast X and saved $50 and was refunded the same day! without a doubt the best customer service around!!!
