"I would like to extend a sincere thanks to the customer service department and all at Justbats. I have purchased bats here since my son was in little league and is now on many senior league and adult teams. But this last bat purchased cannot go without the sincere thanks to you guys. I bought one wood bat which he split in half the first time up. The next was a composite which arrived damaged and without hesitation you guys replaced immediately and to top it off with next day delivery service. You just do not find this kind of service and friendliness out there anymore and my hat off to you guys for caring about the player.
