There was a mix up with our order due to UPS (delivered to wrong town) yet the driver came to our house to deliver my son's birthday present and told him the package wasn't on the truck (this was on his birthday too). As you can imagine, he was very disappointed....my son eats, sleeps and breathes baseball! I called your customer service dept. to see if they could help track the package to see what went wrong and a gentleman named Kevin helped us. He was absolutely wonderful!!!! He followed up with UPS and was extremely concerned about getting this bat to my son for his birthday. He kept in touch and even followed up on Monday when the replacement bat was due to arrive. His service was outstanding and truly meant the world to my son and to me. I will always use justbats.com for any future baseball products that any of my three children need! I will and have told everyone about the great product and the amazing customer service I received. Kevin provided the best service and showed true concern for the delivery and what that bat meant to my son. He represented your company in an exemplary manner and I appreciate it so much!!!
