I only had to speak with a customer representative one time because I overlooked a feature on the internet. The Justbats rep quickly answered my question and explained to me how to get to the feature I was looking for.

Order was shipped and delivered on time. Ordered on Tuesday - received on Thursday. My son was able to practice with the bat for 2 nights before the tournament on the weekend!

I went online with my 9 year old son to try to find a 'Big Barrel Bat' for his birthday, and I was not going to pay $300 for a bat!
