"I ordered a bat and paid through paypal. Apparently the payment did not process correctly, but no notification was sent from paypal or justbats. I called the day I expected my bat to arrive and was apprised of the situation. The rep. arranged for overnight shipment w/o even being asked. My son had the bat the next morning and was ready to play in his tournament. The rep took what could've been a very negative experience and made me a loyal customer of justbats!
