I called and spoke with your customer service rep John and he could not have been more understanding and eager to help fix the problem asap. My son had an important last tournament coming up that weekend which was 2 days away and John understood how important it was for us to have a replacement bat asap, so he not only recommended a bat that I would not have the same issues with but had it overnighted for my son, so he could have it for his tournament. He was so understanding and helpful that I will only purchase my sons bats from your company from now on and as much as possible pass on how great your company treated and took care of our family. I am at little league tournaments every weekend, I deal with the college baseball teams in our area as well as my ex and many of my friends are MLB players."
