Please allow me to elaborate on the “you guys are great” comment: I have spent thousands of dollars on bats (for my son, daughter and I) over the past few years with XXXXXX.com. As service and selection has diminished, I started looking around. I placed and order with XXX.com, which turned out to be a debacle. I ordered the same bat I ultimately ordered from you. XXXXXX.com initially informed me it was shipped, both in writing AND by phone. Then (several days after the expected arrival date) I called them; they informed me the bat was on back-order and it may be the end of March before it is even shipped. The experience was unpleasant at best. I searched and found your website. Not only was your site fantastic; the selection is absolutely amazing, and your service is world class. I am an Executive with a “Fortune 150” company, responsible for 600 employees. It is such a pleasure to deal with a competent, service oriented organization such as yours, and I have already referred some of my parents to you (I manage my son’s baseball team). I also plan to use you as an example with my employees, to provide a perfect sample of what high-integrity service is all about.
I tried 3 different catalogs, and 2 stores with no luck. It's my sons 12th Birthday on May 17, and he wanted the LCN4 Stealth bat.
