We completely recognize that once someone purchases our product they can do what they want with it. We do not, however, support those who acquire our product to resell at an elevated price point.
Scams & Counterfeit Products
We have been made aware of several fraudulent companies who are using ads on social media, primarily Facebook, that take you to websites using our logos and information. These sites offer largely discounted prices for new models of bats and gloves. Some ways to recognize these types of sites are:
- A suspect domain name.
- The site's age.
- Too-steep discounts. Prices are too good to be true.
- Poor website design and sloppy spelling.
- Shady contact information or the Contact Us section of their website only provides a form to fill out with no phone number or address.
- You can't pay with a credit or debit cart and their only payment option is a form of PayPal (including using your credit card through PayPal if you do not have a PayPal account).
- Unclear refund policy.
Many of these fraudulent sites also use a variation of the JustBats name in their website URL. Some of the known sites are:
We want to make it clear that we have not been compromised by these scammers, and that they are simply creating fake websites in an attempt to act like they are affiliated with us. The more we can unite together against these fraudsters, the better chance we have to get rid of them completely. We promise that we'll continue to do our best to eliminate these distractions and put you all in the best spot possible to enjoy your upcoming seasons.

What can I do if I think I've been scammed?
We recommend filing a claim with your bank or credit card provider immediately. Or, if you paid via PayPal, file a claim directly with them. It's also encouraged to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau.
How can I file a claim with PayPal?
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Click View next to the dispute you want to escalate.
- Click Escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim near the bottom of the page.
- Follow the instructions.
- Click Escalate to a claim.

Report it immediately. We are also requesting that you take a screenshot and email it to email@example.com. This helps us in our quest to take them down.
