I am blown away by my recent experience with justbats.com!!!! Our daughter's bat cracked playing in a tourney this past weekend and needed to be sent back to manufacturer for a replacement. We were scrambling because we needed to get her another bat before this weekend's tourney. We ordered a new bat on justbats.com on Wednesday, expected delivery next Tuesday so we made arrangements to borrow a bat for her to use at her next tourney. Just got notification that her new bat was delivered this morning - 4 DAYS EARLY - and in time for her tourney! Awesome service, awesome turnaround shipping time. I was in line at Monkey Sports ready to spend $400 on a new bat for my son. The guy in front of me recommended justbats.com. WOW! I could not believe how fast my order arrived. We picked a bat at 8 pm EST and it was on the field in my kid's hands for practice at 5pm THE NEXT DAY! This company has it together! They have all my softball business from here on! I paid for next day shipping, but due to the time my order was placed I expected it Wednesday for an order placed Monday at 8 pm! You are the BEST!
