I had an issue with a defective Marucci Team bat just over a month after I bought it. JustBats handled the return via a chat window and sent me a return label. I sent the bat back after work on Monday and by Wednesday I had the replacement waiting for me when I got home! I couldn't be happier with this company, their quality of service, and their speed and efficiency! Will only buy bats from JustBats from now on. Thanks!

The best customer service experience. Bought a DeMarini The One. Shipping was extremely fast. When I opened the bat, I noticed a small chip on it, called and talked with someone and they sent a new bat out which I received the next day. Awesome. Will never buy a bat from anywhere else.
