Super bat for the money...lightest 2 1/2 inch barrel on the market- much more hitting surface than the 2 1/4 wood bats

Pros:
None. Broke in batting cage.
Cons:
Son got this bat as a gift, He really liked the look and feel great balance. Cracked in the batting cage using (practice balls) Maybe took 40-50 pitches. Old Hickory would not replace. :(

Pros:
light. just bats customer service was great, they sent me a new one immediately after it broke
Cons:
I got this bat yesterday and within the first 50 hits it cracked. No durability.

I'm looking for a lighter 30", 31" wood bat for my 13U son. He is 5'3", 110lbs. He will be playing all wood league. Can he use the youth -8,-9 bats or is the senior -3 better? I appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

It all depends on his current size bat, and his strength, swing speed, and bat control with said bat. I would like to know the weight of the 29" bat. Also does this bat break easly?

The weight of the 29" will be between 23-22oz. Other woods such as Maple and Bamboo will be more durable.
