Mr. Jeff coach
Pros: Bought this bat last year for my son who was in 11u. He loved it. The pop, sweet spot and speed.
Cons: He moved to 12U this year and shattered his bat on a 90 MPH fastball in the cage(Real baseballs). Bat was barley a year old. Went out and bought another one.
Heaven in a bat Killer rival player

Black Heart
Pros: This bat is legit. Plenty of pop straight out of the box. My son is 6 years old 55 lbs and is banging balls all over field. It takes some time to adjust swinging a bigger bat but once he made contact his confidence went thru the roof. 100% satisfied with this purchase and product.
Cons: Only bad thing is some kids my sons age are not strong enough to use the bat or get tired swinging this bat.
Home run hitter
Pros: This bat is good for both contact and power hitters ,doesn't get jammed on inside pitches
Cons: Everyone wants to use it

Bball Dad
Pros: Quality of the bat on all Easton products
Cons: Too light! I purchased this bat for my 10yo son. He is a power hitter and loves the XL1. Since it was out of stock we tried the S1 and were disappointed. Perfect for hitters who want to increase their bat speed not the right fit for power hits. Exchanged for the S2 until XL1 is available.
Does it need to be broken in?
Pros: Good balance
Cons: None so far. Oddly, also have an XL1 with same length and weight at 30", 20 oz yet the XL1 has much more pop?
Muskie
Pros: Great bat great pop son is eight swings 29/19 very balanced bat well worth money
Cons: None
Catcher25
Pros: Great bat. A little expensive but worth it. Nice and light for good bat speed and has a big sweet spot to drive the ball.
Cons: A little pricey.
AR Travel Dad
Pros: The bat is easy to swing. My 11 year old, 4'11" 86 lbs., was an S3 29" 19 oz. He moved up to 30" 20 oz. The difference between the S3 and S1 is embarrassing. The S1 is a beast. One home run over 225 ft. in center. The sound is jaw dropping when you hit it on the sweet spot. Most of the team is fighting to use it. Worth every dime!!! We have always stayed away from Easton until this year, but this the best bat used in 5 years of travel ball.
Cons: Wish I would have gotten it sooner.
flash
Pros: got the s1 29 -10 for my ten year old grandson he is 4 ft 6 inches 68 lbs, 2nd game hit a nice line drive to right and line drive, double to left center. big difference, ball comes off the bat a lot faster and goes a lot farther. Well balanced for bat speed with a lot of pop, wish I would of bought sooner. we put about 140 hits on it to start the break in process. I recommend this bat. Now other players want to use it.
Cons:
little league player
Pros: Tremendous pop i was definitely able to drive the bat through the zone. On the season I have 6 home runs.
Cons: May not be for you because it's top heavy.

Pros: Nice bat. Great pop, awesome grip. would definitely recommend this bat!
Cons:
Fire penguin disco panda
Pros: Yesterday after finding out my bat wasn't a bpf 1.15 we had to buy a new bat before our next game. We went to our store and picked this bat up and right off the bat comparing it the the DeMarini Voodoo, I might have got this bat had a lot better balance. Right after taking it out of the wrapper I hit the ball to center field and got a double. Has no vibration what so ever. Great grip. The weight is just perfectly balanced. This bat hit better than my non bpf bat! I recommend this bat to anyone!
Cons: Bottom grip gets dirty quick but doesn't affect hitting.
sluggers22
Pros: Very good bat. I have it in a 31" 21 oz. It is very good, break in time is short, and it has a lot of pop.
Cons: None.
cletus
Pros: Best bat I have ever had.
Cons:
Team Kado2
Pros: Just got this bat about a week ago and it has amazing pop. Graphics look nice and really recommend this bat if you are a contact bitter.
Cons: Big Barrel makes the bat feel heavier.
hitter
Pros: has lots of pop you can feel it when u don't hit it on the sweetspot
Cons: stings
MBA Dad
Pros: Great Bat, dirty sweet spot! I purchased a 28" 18 oz. for my 5 year old son (4'3" 60lbs). Kills batting practice and looks forward to his Shetland games! His previous bat was the Combat B3 27" 15 oz. The weight is about the same. The S1 has a longer barrel so it's end heavy compared to the B3. Both purchased from just bats, both were well worth the money!
Cons: Other players and parents will be jealous and envious when they see this bat in your hand! You've been warned...
7baseball
Pros: It's the best bat I've ever used!!!!!!
Cons: None.
Johnny # 44
Pros: Recently received this bat and it is working out great. Bat is well balanced and provides a huge sweet spot. Phenomenal bat.
Cons: No cons yet, yellow handle gets dirty a little to oquickly.
BigDog
Pros: PHENOMENAL Bat! Superb pop, great balance and huge sweet spot. Used 2012 version of S1 for full season with amazing results! Compared 2012 version AND now 2013 version with 2013 CF5 - tough choice as both bats are fantastic. Bottom line, went with the S1 both years because of results!! S1 hit the ball with more pop on off-center hits. Hit either bat on the sweet spot and marvel at the results. Son landed more base hits with the S1 when hit slightly off the sweet spot (breaking ball, change up, 0-2 inside, etc.). One or two "extra" hits each week due to this fact will raise a batting average 100+ points over the length of a 50 game season. That's what makes this bat worth the $300!
Cons: None
CABjr
Pros: Only had 1 tournament so far, but it hit great.
Cons: None.
Anonymous
Pros: My son loves his bat. I notice he is hitting the ball so much harder. I'm very happy that I purchased this bat for him.
Cons: I have no complaints about the bat.
J
Pros: This is a great bat! It seems to have nice pop, you have to work it in. Nice sweetspot, I tried out many bats and this was my choice. All around a great bat. #1 bat.
Cons: None.
3CJ'sDad
Pros: Just purchased this bat for 10 year old. Had the Easton S2 last year, and it did an amazing job. Went with the big barrel S1 for this season, and the bat is popping in the cages. Very lightweight for a -10, very balanced. Tried out the CF5, but this bat is much better for bat speed. Cannot wait to see what it does on the field this spring!
Cons: Handle length is a bit short, but no need to choke up on bat. Yellow bottom half of grip will get dirty quick, but that adds character to the bat.
Skeptical at 1st however
Pros: Solid feel Good pop and a nice sound Feels balanced Nice grip no stinging Got the 29/19 for my 11u player 4 ft 8 inch 78 lbs
Cons: Price is getting out of hand for youth gear.
bummed dad
Pros: Looks good.
Cons: Dead bat. Would not break in. $300 is way to much. Son was struggling all year hitting with it. 20% less pop than teammates various bats. Switched to teammates bat, and almost immediately moved up the lineup, eventually to 4th. Terrible value for the high cost. Note: Bat is not cracked or broken. It is very solid. There is just almost no sweet spot whatsoever. Talked to a father who bought son the same model, and he had similar things to say about the bat.
Bat guy
Pros: Wow this bat is so good and has such great pop. This is way better then then cf5 anyday. Best of all it's fully composite.get it
Cons: NOne
JD
Pros: Bat is great! Son is 86lb 9yr old and got the 30/20 for xmas. This bat has a ton of pop and the handle seems much better than last years small barrel S1. No stingers yet! Son is smoking the ball!
Cons: Its expensive but when the performance is compared to cheaper bats its about right! You pay for what you get!
Spencer A
Pros: Amazing bat. My son is 4'8 and 80lbs. He has the 30 inch and it seems lighter than 20oz. Plenty of bat swing, break-in time was short. More pop than the Demarini C5. Easily the best bat he has swung.
Cons: Very expensive - but well worth it if your son plays alot of baseball.
Ken D.
Pros: My 11U boy (a 10 year old) was a doubles hitting machine with this bat in his first tournament using it. Because it was brand new, he hadn't even had time to take the recommended couple of hundred hits to "break it in", yet he was clearly the tournament MVP. Had a double in each game (x4) including over the head of the CF right out of the wrapper. I can't imagine how hard this is going to hit once its broken in!
Cons: Price $$$.
