Pros: Great flex. Terrific balance. Definitely recommend this bat. But if you have the extra $100 get the Nike MC2

Cons: Gets dirty easily because it's white. compared to the MC2 it isn't as top heavy so the MC2 is better for power hitters.

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Nike Aero M1 BBCOR Baseball Bat: BT0634 White? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

Is this bat very durable? Gruze
This is still a pretty new model and as of now I have not heard of or seen any durability issues with this bat. So far it has displayed excellent durability.
JH
What is the difference between the 2012 Nike Aero M1 BBCOR or theNike Aero MC2 BBCOR lionsbaseball42
The BTO633 is going to be a two piece bat and the BTO634 will be a one piece bat.
Brett
What Bat is overall a better bat? The Nike M1 or the Nike MC2 Robthepitcher19
The BT0634 is going to be more for a contact hitter and the BT0633 is going to be more for a power hitter.
Brett
based on performance is the m1 better than the mc2 curiosboy222
That depends on who you ask. I've hit with both and I liked the MC2 better. However, I'm more of a contact hitter and I've always felt like I've gotten better performance from two-piece bats. A co-worker of mine is a big power hitter and he liked the stiffer feel of the M1 better. If you're a power hitter I would lean more towards the M1, if you're a contact hitter I would consider the MC2.
Kris
Will this be a good bat for a power hitter? ask0805
Yes, this should be a good bat for a power hitter. This is going to be one of the best bats in the $199.99 price range. This is going to be a very durable bat that you will be able to use for a long time.
Brett
Will the M1 be offered to Senior League anytime soon. The descrition of this bat sounds more like the bat he uses now. He has used the Nike Cx2 for two years now, loves the feel the pop and the success he has had with it. We will be getting him a new one this winter, unless we find out his Cx2 will be approved for USSSA play. doc
The CX2 he has now, would pass the requirements, but because it is 2 yrs old it will not have the USSSA 1.15 BPF Stamp on it. We are currently waiting on the new CX2's with the 1.15 stamp on them. Keep an eye on the website, once they come in we will post them on the site right away.
bballqueen
Is it true, we wont be able to use any type of composite bat at high school level this yr. even two piece material? Guero11
As of 9/22 we have not heard that rule. All high school and college teams will have to use a BBCOR bat starting 1/1/2012.
Kris
is this a composite bat? poop
No, this bat is 100% alloy.
Tom
which bat do you think would be better for me/ im a contact hitter but have a little bit of power. so which bat, th combat b52 or this? baseballallday
Both bats are going to be great options, the Nike Aero is going to be a one piece all alloy design and the COMBAT 52 caliber is going to be a one piece full composite design, they both have a lot of pop and will perform well, the main difference is just going to be the material used.
Sean
whats better for a good contact hitter? the 2012 nike aero or the exo grid2? nickypoo
They are both going to be great options, the Nike Aero is going to have a little more flex than the exogrid 2
Sean
What is a better bat for power hitters, the nike M1 or the rawlings 5150 bigchuck
Both are going to be great options, the M1 is going to be more of a balanced bat and the 5150 is going to have a slight end load
Sean
would you prefer this bat to someone who doesnt get around with a bat to quickly baseballfreak
The Aero end cap helps maximize bat speed. So this should help.
lkh
Does this nike single pieced bat hit the same as a two pieced bat, like as in power? jordansallday$##$
There is a difference in how a one piece and a two piece bat hit. The one piece will be a stiffer flex more geared for a power hitter.
Linda
Which bat m1 or mc2 has more pop? stefan
Both bats will have similar pop, the M1 is a one piece bat designed for power hitters while the MC2 is a two piece bat for contact hitters.
KG
I need help choosing from the MI, MC2 or prototype 2? Which would you recommend for a hitter who hits to all parts of the field? Oscar
I lean toward the M2, nice balance, nice pop.
Linda
What bad would you say is better the 2012 Nike aero m1 or the Rawlings 5150? Shelton
These both are going to be really great bats. The M1 is going to be one of the hottest bats under $200. This is going to be a bat that is going to have great durability and that you will be able to use for a long time.
Todd
I recently swung the nike aero fuse 2009 cx2 and i really liked how balanced it was and i was just wondering if this bat was very balanced out like the cx2 or end loaded Rob
This bat has a balanced weight and will not be end-loaded.
KG
I'm not the biggest kid so I need a balanced bat...is this a good one? BJ
This will be a balanced, lightweight bat.
K.B.
Is it a compostie bat? nike baseball
No. It is a one piece alloy bat.
Kara
I am really confused right now i don't know if i should get the Cat 5, 5150 or this bat. I'm 5'7 and about 135 pounds and I'm a nice line drive contact hitter. Is this end loaded and how does it compare to the Cat 5 and 5150? Kwanie
This bat is going to have a slight end loaded feel, the cat 5 and the 5150 are both going to be more of a balanced feeling bat. They all have a good amount of pop
Sean
My athletic director is wanting this bat in a 33" and 32" length. Do they come in those lengths? Lynn
They do come in those lengths, but we are currently sold out of them. We do have more on order, no ETA yet on arrival.
Linda
This or 5150? Doooman
The 5150 has been more popular in sales, but I have heard positive things about both bats.
Shelbe
Is this bat good for a contact hitter line drives?? And if not which bat? Jr
This bat is a one piece which is more for power hitters. The BTO633 will be more for contact hitters.
KG
Is this bat good for more of a contact hitter with supprsing power??
The BTO634 is a one piece bat, better suited for power hitters.
K.B.
Whats the difference between this and the Nike M2? sghaosiughsig
The Mc2 is a 2 piece, the M1 is a one piece.
Linda
Is the Marucci CAT 5 or the Nike Aero M1 bat better? McLovin
They are both very popular bats. I would take a look at the reviews to see which bat might fit you better.
John
hello im going to purchase this bat but then i spotted the new nike aero thunder i would just like to know which is better baseball man
They are of similar design, one piece all alloy. The biggest difference is the alloy used.
Linda
Which bat is more evenly balanced (and not end weighted) and better suited for a contact hitter -- the Nike Aero M1 or the Nike Aero MC2? matt
The MC2 is going to be better suited for a contact hitter. The M1 is stiffer and better for a power hitter.
K.B.
Would the mc2 or m1 be better for a freshman? mineer4
The MC2 is going to have more flex compared to the M1. If you are a power hitter then the M1 would be the best choice. Otherwise, I would recommend the MC2.
KB
How does this compare to the Marucci Cat 5? Ball player
They are pretty similar in design, they are both one piece all alloy bats. Both will have the immediate pop and nice balance.
Linda
Would you recommend this bat or the Easton S3 BBCOR: BB11S3 Adult for a contact hitter. Jake
Both of these bats going to be great for contact hitters. Both are going to have a balanced swing weight and great pop!
Ryan
Is this the same shape as Nike Aero Torque BT0445? YOUTH-K
This bat will have the same shape as the Torque. This is a very durable bat with a balanced feel.
KG
What is the difference between this bat and the 2012 Nike Aero M2 BBCOR? Beast
The main difference between the two bats are that the M1 is going to have a one piece full alloy design and the MC2 is going to be a two piece composite handle and alloy barrel bat. The M1 is going to be stiffer in feel compared to the MC2
Sean
I've heard that the Nike bats are the next to be outlawed. Is this true? bulldawg
We have not heard of this happening. This bat is approved for BBCOR play and legal for High School or College baseball.
Kris
would you recommend this bat or the rawlings 5150? i'm a senior in high school and more of a line drive contact hitter Jared
That's a difficult choice because both are one-piece alloy bat that are evenly balanced. Performance will be pretty similar to each other. The 5150 may be a little more popular, but the M1 is a pretty nice feeling bat as well. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.
Tyler
what is better for a line drive hitter the m1 or the mc2? JOey Tribs
The MC2 is a two piece design that is great for players with average or below average swing speed looking to gain more power.

Tyler
I play on my high school team and I just bought the Nike Aero M1 about how many years will I get out of this bat respectively. Basically asking is this bat high quality and is there any problems I should be aware of? Northern Knight
The Nike Aero M1 features a durable Zr91 alloy. This bat is also covered by the full 12 month manufacturer warranty.
Tom
Will the bat be affected if I use it in the cage? Mike
We do not recommend using them in a cage with the rubber dimple balls because they are more dense than a baseball. If you are hitting baseballs in the cage that is fine, however the more you use any bat the more wear and tear it will have.
Damon
I am a 5'8" power hitter. Should I get this or the DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR? C
If you are considering the 2013 DeMarini Voodoo, that would be a very good choice because it is endloaded. The 2012 Voodoo won't have an endload, so its not as geared for a power hitter. The Nike Aero M1 BBCOR: BT0634 White would also be a good choice for a power hitter due to its one-piece stiff flex construction.
Nick D
What is the difference between the 633 and the 634 bats? phil
