Hi, I'm Michele Smith. And I'm going to give you a couple tips on the drop ball. First the grip. We want to make sure that we lay our fingers across the smile of the ball, plum opposite middle finger. This is gonna give us the ability to snap that ball out on a peel drop and get that ball to spin over the top. For our body we want to make sure that we're explosive off the mound, but at release we want our shoulders to be over our front knee. Snapping that ball, throwing it from high to low that's gonna give us a good break. It's gonna fool the batter. So really work on a nice strong arm circle, aggressive snap and pull the ball up that'll get that ball to drop down.
