History and Background of Diablo Bats:

More than a decade ago, Romero Filip came to the conclusion that the high demand for good quality wood baseball bats was not being met. He found that all the players of different ages and skill levels agreed that most of the wood bats they had used only lasted a few weeks and were not very good.

He wanted to change that. After his research, Filip discovered that the location in which the wood grows is just as important as the wood itself. So the testing began.

In 2000 he produced his first bat, but it wasn't until almost a full year later of research and development until he was happy with the quality of the bats.

Diablo's persistence to always produce high-quality Maple and Yellow Birch bats makes it a staple in the adult and youth baseball leagues, as well as the extensive list of MLB Diablo users.
