Pros: balanced , looks cool , good finish inexpensive but good quality
Mizuno Classic Maple Wood Baseball Bat: MZM110 Grey Adult
Great looking bat, pretty good pop coming off it
Pros: balanced , looks cool , good finish inexpensive but good quality
Pros: very light and sturdy. has yet to break
Cons: could use a bit more pop
Pros: My first wooden bat. One other player on my team has the same bat and can attest to how good it is. Only taken BP and cannot complain. The bat has only seen one Live AB, and its pleasantly light
Pros: Balance, finish
Cons: I've used quite a few wood bats through my 18 years playing baseball and so far this has been the worst. It does not resemble the M9 M110 at all nor does it feel good to swing. I don't know what the other comments are talking about, this bat is not good at all.
Pros: Great looking bat, feels great.
Cons: unfortunately i won't be able to use legally in a game, didn't realize it doesn't have a BBCOR CERTIFIED .50 marking on it.
Pros: Great looking bat, pretty good pop coming off it. Pretty small handle and barrel. I've used it in the cage about 4-5 times though and it feels great.
Cons: None so far we'll see how it holds up in games as far as durability.
Pros: Great sound off the bat. Great balance and feel. Pricing is decent. It's a great bat overall!
Cons: Just wish there was a option for black.

"Pop" is more of a term that is associated with the skill of the player rather than a measurable feature of the bat. Due to performance restrictions imposed for safety reasons, most bats within the same certification category will perform to the same level at their peak. The difference, and what you end up paying for, is the feel of the bat (balanced vs. end-loaded, barrel size, etc.) and the durability of the bat (how long the bat will perform at that peak level). Which one is best would depend on what you are looking for in those aspects compared to the price range you are looking to stay in. The Mizuno Classic Maple Wood Baseball Bat (MZM110) is very well balanced and has above average durability but would have less barrel size than other, more end-loaded, style bats.
Is this a BBCOR certified bat?
The Mizuno Classic Maple Wood Baseball Bat (MZM110) is a solid maple bat that does not require BBCOR certification. Only hybrid wood or composite wood bats would need BBCOR certification because they have the potential to perform better than standard wood bats. BBCOR certification indicates performance above what a wood bat offers so traditional, single wood bats do not get that rating.
Good bat for beginner to wood?

The turn will determine the barrel diameter, handle width, taper and knob design as well as the balance of a bat.
