best bat to get zachbaseball player
Pros: Great pop really light and the stamp
Cons: None
awesome bat Michael player
Pros: a TON of pop
Cons: not very good durability
easy swing bat Chris ortiz (tampa fl.) parent
Pros: my son is seven years old 3'10" 58lbs. went from a 26/14 combat to this one (28/18). he has no problem swinging it. he love it!!!
Cons: no cons yet, only had it for 3 week.
Must have for players 10-14 Bryce Bollinger player
Pros: Great pop, no vibration, has lasted nicely for a while
Cons: A little bit light for someone like me, who typically swings a 32 29, -3 and the tape if the handle is starting to peel. Guess that comes with age.
weird bat Baseballkid12 player
Pros: I had one last year it was awesome best bat I ever had.
Cons: Got a new one this year and dented like crazy if anybody remembers how the Easton rival dented that's how this bat did its weird so I will not buy another one.
Great Bat!!! Julio parent
Pros: Bought this bat for my son, Boooom he started hitting to the fence in the outfield baby! Before he was hitting just passed the infield.
Cons: Sometimes vibrates
Ty
Pros: Replaced this when an Easton S1 broke. Was skeptical with a shorter barrel length and moving from composite to alloy, but the kids are hitting it as good and even better than the broken in S1. The "ping" of the alloy replaces the "thud" of the composite.
Cons: Just out of the wrapper, so none yet.
Connor
Pros: Great pop.
Cons: None.

Pros: I own this bat and I'm 12 years old and I honestly think this is the best bat I have ever owned. I can get the bat around a lot quicker than I could with my Worth, and its really light even though it's a 30" 20oz. I asked my cousin, who's going to TCU on full ride scholarship to play center field. I asked him would he recommend a Marucci or a TPX Louisville Slugger and he said TPX Louisville Slugger would be a lot better.
Cons: No such thing. It's a great bat overall.

Pros: My son loves the feel of this bat. It is very well balanced. He had just a plain old Easton Reflex, same size and weight, and this bat pops the ball about 30 feet further. It is the perfect bat to fill the gap between Little League and High School.
Cons: None.

Cons: Barrel and sweet spot could be longer...

Cons:
Bigguns
Pros: Bat has good pop. My son hit the ball well with it.
Cons: The bat was fine during practice, but after the first weekend of regular season (3 games) it had two large dents. He used a much cheaper Warrior for two seasons with no issues. We are very disappointed and now are at the mercy of Louisville Slugger. So far, no reply from them. Meanwhile my son us without a bat!!!
CoCo
Pros: So Far so good great pop
Cons: None yet

Pros: Nice balance, great handle taper, decent pop, good bat.
Cons: Very thin due to -10 drop and being lightweight alloy. Can sting at times.

Pros: My son just received this bat as an upgrade from the one that we turned in for warranty purposes not knowing what we were getting. On his 1st game using it with no time to break it in, he hit a triple, double and a couple of line drives. This bat is GREAT and has a very good strong POP. The grip is nice. It's not an Easton or anything like those expensive bats but for the price, I can tell you that this bat is worth it. It has definitely given my son a boost and after 1 game. It's grown his confidence and has him hitting. He went 5 for 5 in his first game. My son really enjoys the grip & the light weight of the bat. Don't go on price. I used too, but trust me you don't have to with this bat.
Cons: NONE. Great grip, great pop, well balanced and LIGHT.
Victor Ramos
Pros: My 7 year old grandson just loves this bat. Practiced with his new Louisville Slugger yesterday and he just loves the feel and power. He hit the laces off the ball and looks foward to tournament play after Thanksgiving. Will send pictures of bat in action once season starts.
Cons: No cons!
Baseballman
Pros: 1.15 bpf stamp, lots of pop, speed, and a massive sweet spot
Cons: none at all perfect bat

About the Brand

In 1842, J. Frederick Hillerich emigrated with his family from Baden-Baden, Germany to the United States. Eight years before, the 1834 Book of Sports had made its debut as the nation's first publication covering baseball. But when he arrived in Baltimore, J. Frederick Hillerich would never have dreamed of the future impact his family would have on America's favorite pastime.
After a short while, the Hillerichs moved to Louisville, where J. Fred started a woodworking shop in 1856. Two of his sons, Adam and John Andrew "Bud" were born in the United States and would later join their father in his business. By 1864 "J.F. Hillerich, Job Turning" was in operation and filled orders for businesses by custom-turning everything from balusters to bedposts.
The firm thrived, and by 1875 the little woodworking shop employed about 20 people. In 1880 Bud Hillerich, who was an amateur baseball player, became an apprentice in his father's shop. Young Bud made his own baseball bats along with bats for several of his teammates.
The debate over the origins of the first bat continues to generate controversy among baseball enthusiasts, but the younger Hillerich was most certainly involved in getting his father's business involved with what would become the company's signature item. According to company legend, the first bat was turned by Bud for Pete "The Old Gladiator" Browning in 1884. Browning was a star on Louisville's professional American Association team - the Eclipse. On a spring afternoon Bud, then seventeen, witnessed Browning break his favorite bat. Bud offered to make a bat for his hero, and Browning accepted. After the young wood shop apprentice lathed a quality stick from white ash, according to the story, Browning got three hits with it in the next game.
Louisville Slugger gloves are worn by more pitchers in Major League Baseball than any other glove.
