Pros: More pop out of the wrapper than the Omen, nice finish, holding up well after two tourneys (10 games).
Cons: Rubber sticker on the barrell cap fell off during first session. Yellow grip gets dirty quick, should have been all black.
Pros: Great bat, tremendous pop. Ball flies off the bat.
Cons: None
Pros: well balanced bat. I was surprised with amount of pop out of wrapper. Great sound for a composite bat(Ping). Composite material seems to be stronger than that of other manufacturers. Cant wait to see how it does when it is broken in.
Cons: yes it is pricey, but worth it if it holds up to 10 games a week in select ball.
Pros: Havent used
Cons: Looks awesome
Pros: my 8 year old team loves it very solid bat we have the rival and worth this is a totally differnt fell
Cons: wish it came in other color
Pros: grreat
Cons: none
Pros: best bat ever my sons love it
Cons: price$$$
Pros: Good bat
Cons: To much money
Pros: This bat is the best new bat on the market. The sound of the ball hitting this bat is sweet. The other bats sound weak. The pop is awesome. Do yourself a favor and stop looking. This is the top bat around. Easton customer service is also top notch. I had a bat break last year and they were awesome. They will give you the service you deserve for buying a $300 bat.
Cons: Every parent is wanting their sons to try my bat.
Pros: My son loves the pop.
Cons: First two swings at base caused a chip at the end of the bat. It maybe the paint or the bat but for $300 this should not of happened.
Pros: Swings light, good pop and getting better with use, great grip, nice sound
Cons: Price
Pros: Like many parents, we have been looking for a new bat, since USSSA essentially forced everybody's hand in 2012. Our sense of urgency was compounded when my 11yo player broke his 2011 Catalyst in half during batting practice. He has been thrilled with the S1. Amazing pop, great balance, and a massive sweet spot. Everybody on the team who can hit a 31/21, wants to hit this bat.
Cons: As expected with a composite bat, performance drops with the temperature. We will use a teammate's S3 when temps drop below 60.
Pros: amazing bat
Cons: nothing
Pros: This bat has the most pop I have felt in mt life. IT is very good if you want to get an edge over the pitcher. The bat feels very smooth. The bat is alot of money, but worth it. I use this bat alot and get alot of hits.
Cons:
Pros: This bat is a beast bought one for my 8 year old an now im buying 2 more for my older boys this bat has some pop right out of the wrapper
Cons: Every kid on the team wants to use it
Pros: The ball FLYS of the bat, nice ping and amazing graphics. stop looking cause this is the bat for you
Cons: None at all
Pros: best bat i have ever had!!!
Cons: none!!!
Pros: it is awesome im only 5 ft tall exactly and i just hit a 330 foot home run like 30 mins ago
Cons: nothing
Pros: This is like a bam, bam bat - the drop 10 is allowed in his 8u travel team but the barrel is to wide for his in-house league - (but cares about in-house). 28/18 2 5/8 for my 8u player is so good it's silly. Hot right out of the store, no break in time required, has a nice loud ping and the ball has nice jump. My son does not want to touch his 28/18 2 1/4 anymore, as he can get this one around just the same.
Cons: Other parents think it's unfair and the monster hit's are due only to the bat.
Pros: Best bat I have ever used, doesn't even feel like a BBCOR bat, I go yard with this bat consistently
Cons: No cons Easton, this is the best bat ever!!
Pros: it looks good and i love it has a lot of pop.
Cons: ???????????????????????
Pros: Extremely great pop. Hottest bat on market. looks great too.
Cons: takes a while to break in.
Pros: Descent pop, look good.
Cons: I ordered two bats for my 9U team in different sizes and the paint on both bats started to chip away within the first two practices. I dont expect this on a $300 bat.
Pros: The bat has a nice balanced feel and the best pop off the bat that we have experienced. My son is on the smaller side so I usually look for extra light bats so he can get it through the zone. The lower M.O.I. is allowing my son to swing a bigger bat with better results.
Cons: Price...
Pros: Cool look and my kid wants to swing it cuz its $300 and should be the bomb.
Cons: Not much pop out of the wrapper. The Worth Prodigy is a better 8U bat if you can find the slp102 with the flat knob. We'll see if it can be broken in...
Pros: This Bat is GREAT right out of the Wrapper! My is son is 12 loves it,If you need Big Barrel Get This One!
Cons: There no Cons That I can See,
Pros: The bat was solid the second I took it out of the wrapper. The longer barrel has a huge sweet spot and lots of pop. I did not hit 5 homer in the first game but I was 5 for 7 with 3 rbi's the first tournament I used it.
Cons: None that I have experienced yet
Pros: cool design and some pop
Cons: Doesn't have as much pop as the s3 or the combat callibar i recommend these bats rather than the s3
Pros: Good look
Cons: Worst bat ever made in the history of baseball
Pros: This is one of the best bats I have ever used. I have always used Demarini and Combat bats in the past, but this bat has great pop right out of the wrapper. No break in time. Very pleased with the bat so far. I would definetly reccomend this bat to any serious travel baseball player.
Cons: None
Pros: Balanced large sweet spot
Cons:
Pros: ...
Cons: There is a bunch of pop but after 1 tournament i could barely get it out of the infield. I went to bp and used it a little. I then used my friends 5150 and hit WAY better. do not reccemend
Pros: None!
Cons: This is the worst bat Ive ever had from Easton. My son is a power hitter on a very good traveling team. This bat is over rated. Son can not hit with any distance with this bat. Waste of $300! Bat is not as balanced as the Rival my son used last year. Searched and found a USSA stamped Easton Rival XXL: BG10XL Senior League so he will be using that the rest of the year .. The Rival is a awesome bat.
Pros: If Chuck Norris was a bat, he would be the S1.
Cons: Chuck Norris doesn't have cons.....
Pros: Looks and feels cool.
Cons: Waste of money Rival XL had more pop. My son had to have this bat when it first came out. He used Rival xl last season and hit tremendously. He needed the usssa stamp and wanted to go to a composite bat so we bought it when it first came out for $300. In practice pre-season he hit great with it. The bat has lost its pop he has trouble getting it out of the infield now 2 months later. Switched back to his rival and the ball comes off the bat so much faster and is hitting deep balls again. Very disappointing nothing but a $300 trophy now.
Pros: THE S1 EASTON HAS AN AMAZING SOUND WHEN U MAKE CONTACT.ALSO HAS A LOT OF POP
Cons: TAKES TO LONG TO BREAK IN a couple of weeks
Pros: amazing bat!!!:)
Cons: none
Pros: amazing pop, amazing balance and power, amazing grip, long barrel, GREAT COLORS!!!!!
Cons: nothing
Pros: great bat. has great pop and sounds great. i used it and i have hit 3 homeruns in 5 games. awesome bat with great speed and power
Cons: its 300$ and everyone wants to use it.
Pros: SUPERB Bat! Amazing pop swing after swing--even out of wrapper. Great balance to weight ratio allows for faster bat speed. Sounds like aluminum vs composite. This bat is for better hitters and likely not well suited for the average to below average hitter. Side note: If you want a "pretty" bat with a nice paint job and graphics rather than a piece of high-end equipment that performs game after game, look elswhere. Reviews of chiped paint and end caps are a joke. A bat that is menat for a serious ball player is designed to hit the baseball as well as possible. Paint chips and color have NOTHING to do with performance. If your youth ball player--or you--are worried more about his image than his performance, find another bat, and possibly sport. Play ball!
Cons:
Pros: great bat, good flex, and good pop. Better than the Louisville Slugger omaha
Cons: not as good as the Cf5 and other demerini bats, demerini is like top notch easton is like second should have baught a new demerini bat
Pros: improves skill great bat increases power and bat speed
Cons: none
Pros: well balaced lots of pop best bat ever
Cons: none
Pros: None
Cons: Bat dented within the first 2 games of use. Called customer service about exchanging for another type of bat and paying the difference - giving me a huge hassle. Why would I want the same bat if it dented within the first week of use!!! Terrible
Pros: amazing bat
Cons: its too good for cons
Pros: sweet bat probably the best bat i ever had
Cons: worth the high price everybody wants to use my sons bat
Pros: beast bat
Cons: none too good for cons
Pros: Well balanced.
Cons: Broke after first bucket of balls. Using game balls, not rubber or practice balls. Very disappointing that 300 dollar composit bats cannot hold up. Third broken bat this season, 2 easton and 1 combat. We take maticulous care of our bats. Always stored inside, bat Warmers, never used on anything other than game balls.
Pros: I love this bat has tons on pop. Cant wit till its broken in. This is great for a little guy like me beacuse non of the team wants to use it and I hit great with it. Overall just great.
Cons: Price
Pros: MY SON IS 11 AND HE LOVES THIS BAT, THE FEEL, SWING AND MASSIVE SWEET SPOT. THE FIRST TIME HE USED IT HE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMEND THIS BAT FOR YOU 11-12 KID
Cons: HAS A STING TO IT AT TIMES, I DO RECOMEND BUYING BAT TAPE TO REDUCE TTH STING.
Pros: My 8 year old son uses this bat. He had a Miken 28/16.5 before. He loves the new S1. It has great pop and all the kids like it.
Cons: yellow handle it tough to keep clean.
Pros: Son plays 10u travel team & his first easton. Have used DeMarini, Combat & Miken and he loves this one the most. Very well balanced, swings easy, great pop. Two of his teammates use it and rest have S3 & S2.
Cons: Expensive
Pros: Cool design, good grip
Cons: I was dissapointed about the lack of pop and barrel flex
Pros: the ball is bombed every time amazing pop
Cons:
Pros:
Cons: Starts to fall apart pretty quickly, no power to it. Waste of $300. Should have bought the S1 series.
Pros: none
Cons: This bat is awful every time i hit it it dosent go anywere it is the worst bat i have ever had!....and on top of that it costs $300 major waste of money!!!!!
Pros: this bat has amazing pop even out of its wrapper i love it and its really quick through the zone

Pros: Great bat, completely worth the money, in my first AB with it I hit a ball 230 ft over the fence.
Cons: takes a couple BPs to break in but still an amazing bat
Pros: Overall, my son was pleased with the bat -- we like the pop, and it gave him great confidence.
Cons: The end cap came off after two months of use, and we have sent it back to Easton. Have been waiting for them to replace the bat.
Pros: great bat hit 25 homeruns with it in one season
Cons: none
Pros: This bat is amazing if u try to pull an outside pitch it will go so much pop don't listen to bad reviews this bat is the 2nd best bat after the demarini vexxum big barrel
Cons:
Pros: great alot of pop and light
Cons: can't use in my league
Pros: Bought the S3 for my 8 yr old and he and his older brother absolutely loved it, so we decided on the S1 for my 9yr old and he was thrilled when it arrived! S1 has more pop than S3 but both are solid bats that launch balls!!
Cons: Pricey but worth evry penny.. Yellow grip gets dirty very quickly..
Pros: ive used this bat before. my friend has it and its been amazing ive hit 7 homeruns on small feild with it and 2 on big feild.amazing bat amazing pop. great bat
Cons: if you hit it of the tip it stings
Pros: Has great pop once the composite is broken in. Has a solid noise when you make contact, it may have the lightest swing weight ever. it feels like a -12. The two piece has a very solid feel to it even thought its a two piece. i also have a Marucci Black and that is also a great bat thats evenly balaced
Cons:
Pros: Great Pop, Worth the money, Giant Sweetspot
Cons: None
Pros: graet feel when you hit it on the sweet spot great for smaller guys great for base hits
Cons: has a crazy whip action makesyou late on the ball i switched to an s3 and hit a line drive triple down the third base line will be switching to a combat b3 or b4
Pros: I bought this bat yesterday. I absolutly love it. It has great pop out of the wrapper. YOU NEED TO GET IT, NOWWWWWW!!!!
Cons: You have to break it in for max power.
Pros: amazing bat best bat ever
Cons: nothing
Pros: BEST BAT EVER! GREAT BALANCE GREAT POP, MASSIVE SWEETSPOT, BIG BARREL. I AM NINE AND I KNOCKED ONE OVER A 210ft. FENCE. BEST BAT EVER!
Cons: NEVER!
Pros: My son plays u 8 travel. He loves the bat. Great pop out of the box and good feel. Beware of the line drives if you pitch to the kids; they cone back fast and furious.
Cons:
Pros: This bat has my son feeling very confident. After months of taking walks he is actually swinging the bat. Hit a hard line drive that was fielded but he thinks the bat feels and looks great.
Cons: None at this time.
Pros: Great bat, lots of pop
Cons:
Pros: The sweet spot on this bat is big. Bat has great action to it. My son is hitting line drives at the cages and the ball just jumps off the bat.
Cons: If you care about aesthetics, the yellow paint is quick to flake off. My son doesn't care about how well the bat looks though!
