COMBAT Revolt 14" Loaded Dual Stamp Slow Pitch Softball Bat: CR14L

Pros: I was excited to see combat bats back in slow pitch softball. It’s feels good I like a one piece design. He sweet spot is definitely bigger than the derby boys bat of old. Nice to see a bat available in 28oz-30oz. Some of us old guys still like they heavy weight.

Cons: It’s very stiff. The mid-load bat is more like end loaded. That doesn’t bother me but surprised me.

Pros: Took less time to break in than my CR13X. Good pop out of the wrapper.

Cons: Had to replace the grip tape. Just don’t like the feel.

Pros: Good price, so I thought.

Cons: Because it is a one piece, the vibration is unbearable. It has little pop, unlike it was described on JustBats. I was totally disappointed. I am glad JustBats afforded me an opportunity to review the bat after enough time of using it. In fact, I was going to reach out to them to inquire about making a deal on an exchange. It sucks because if they don't assist it will be a waist of almost $200.00. I bought the bat becasue it had all the stamps for the different leagues and it had decent reviews. Anyways, I hope this helps.

Pros: barrel shape, weight distribution, and size I all love and are very similar to my DeMarini Defiance (nearly identical to their Ultimate Weapon) that I use in my other leagues where composite bats are banned. I was looking for a 30 oz composite bat for one of my women's leagues and this was the only one I found that was affordable (I can't go dropping $300 on a bat I can only use on Tuesdays for 3 months a year!). color scheme is also pretty cool. I had someone ask me where I bought this because she loved it. I've hit several home runs with this bad boy!! (over the head, not over the fence - I'm a 140 lb woman)

Cons: grip seems cheap/easy to unravel. my DeMarini Defiance has a significantly better grip. the handle is also skinnier than the Defiance but that's not necessarily a con, just that I use that one way more often than this Revolt so it takes some getting used to.
