Pros: The thin handle and slight flare in the bottom hand provides great leverage for controlling the end loaded barrel, which is actually a little smaller than I expected. The end load seems to disappear and generates great whip through the hitting zone once you really start taking hacks with this bat. Balls just explode of the barrel. It even has a higher pitch and more resounding "boom" at contact than all the other maple bats on the field. I highly recommend the OT19, especially if you can handle the end load.

Cons: end load + thin handle = breaker bats if you don't have proper experience with wood…and the price :/

This Chandler Pro Maple Wood Bat: OT19 would have an end loaded swing weight like a 243 turn model. However, it has a slightly thicker handle diameter (0.922" vs. 0.906"). The VIC18 has a slight end load and would have a thinner handle diameter than a 243 (0.891" vs. 0.906"). Both models would be similar to a 243 turn.
