New for 2017! The COMBAT MAXUM is back and continues to push the limits to new heights. COMBAT has made a name for themselves with the MAXUM in the bat industry by consistently delivering an extreme combination of an ultra-balanced feel, extremely fast swing weights, a HUGE sweet spot, and unparalleled performance. This 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 provides hitters with an almost unfair sweet spot that is 20-40% larger than competitor models! Switching to the SL7MX211 will also result in an average of 38% Swing Weight Reduction which is the lowest swing weight ever! These models are one-piece, fully composite designs crafted with a seamless construction. A carbon-fiber sleeve runs the length of the bat providing uniform strength for a fine-tuned performance. Unlike typical composite bats that are created by rolling or overlapping layers of material, the MAXUM is produced with advanced Precision Molding Technology (PMT). The PMT process injects liquid resin into seamless high-quality carbon sleeves under extreme pressure. The result is an ultra-consistent product that eliminates seams and weak points that you get with the traditional process. No seams means no dead spots! That means players can rest-assured that the MAXUM will deliver perfectly tuned performance over a longer lifespan. COMBAT is so sure of this ground-breaking design, each baseball bat is backed by a full twelve (12) month warranty and a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee! If you're not satisfied with the performance of the MAXUM within 30 days from your purchase, send it back to JustBats.com for a full refund or exchange. Additionally, the SL7MX211 features the USSSA 1.15 BPF Certification, a -11 length to weight ratio, and a 2 3/4 inch barrel diameter. COMBAT: Measure Up to MAXUM! add_circle_outlinePros: The sweet spot on this bat is excellent. The pop my 12 year old gets out of this bat is awesome. First year in select and he is facing 70mph pitching and because of the design of this bat he is smashing it.
remove_circle_outlineCons: Does seem to get ringing in hands
Good Pop, Not Maxum Sized, Hand Ringer!
add_circle_outlinePros: Bat has good pop, nice lizard skin grip already installed. I put 4 stars for Durability but haven't had long enough to really know how well it will hold up.
remove_circle_outlineCons: They call this the Maxum but in comparison to other Maxums I've seen, the barrel isn't that big on this model. That was let down number 1, then the worst thing is how bad it will ring the player's hands if they hit it off the end of the barrel.
Durability is poor in my experience
add_circle_outlinePros: Nice feel. Excellent balance. Easy to control for a 10 year old. Drop 11 is very hard to find, but was a great fit for my son. Really like the bat and if it would stay together I would highly recommend it.
remove_circle_outlineCons: Durability is very poor. On our third bat this 2017 season due to cracking on the barrel and one bat broke in two on contact with a pitch from a coach during practice. However, Easton has been great about replacing the consistently breaking bats and allowing my son to continue through the season with the same bat. Easton has assumed Combat operations.
add_circle_outlinePros: Son received this bat just over a week ago. He is smaller for his age group so this bat allows him to cover the strike zone without being too heavy and has a lot of pop. Shortly after breaking in, he dominated batting practice, hit a home run in a tournament skills competition and has hit the fence in a few games turning him from a contact hitter to a power hitter.
add_circle_outlinePros: When you do hit the sweet spot it FLYS!!! my 12U player uses this against faster pitchers. Bat feels nice in his hands.
overall great bat for price.
remove_circle_outlineCons: Zings hands too often. Seem when not hitting sweet spot you get dead sounding noise and bat doesn't drive as well as some of his other bats on just basic hit like hard grounders and line drive.
2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat:
add_circle_outlinePros: Have only used in practice and BP currently, however my son is completely in love with this bat. His swing is more balanced and fly through the zone. He loves the installed Lizard Skin on the handle as well, he has not used with his batting gloves as of yet because he likes the grip the skin provides, have not had any of the bat sting issue as of yet.
remove_circle_outlineCons: Need to use more against live pitching once season start
add_circle_outlinePros: My son is 7 he is 94lbs and taller than any kid on the team. This bat is perfectly balanced. The barrel has a very large sweet spot. We have probably hit 250+ balls now and it has really come alive now that its breaking in. My son has yet to complain about stinging his hands. I could not believe the price was under 100$ because it feels like a 400 dollar bat. Highly recommend you to have buy this for cheap.
remove_circle_outlineCons: Curious to see how the durability holds up so we will see.
add_circle_outlinePros: My 8 yr old son is 4 ft 9 and weighs 105 lbs and using the 30 in 19oz. He is crushing the ball with this bat to the point that the coach of our team won't allow infielders when my son is taking BP. The coach literally sends all the kids to the outfield to chase balls. My son says this bat has better feel than his Demarini Voodoo bat with less vibration. Extremely happy with the purchase especially at the discount that's available.
remove_circle_outlineCons: This bat will not be legal to use in our league in 2019.
add_circle_outlinePros: Feels lighter than 17oz, has nice pop. Been using the 28" 17oz at practice and a lot of kids really like it. Sounds like a wooden bat. My son got it for Christmas and he really loves it. I have to say the balance on this bat is perfect and makes for a quicker swing. good bat for the money.
remove_circle_outlineCons: As we are finding out with all composit bats one year is about all u get out of them maby two seasons if you dont play to many games.
add_circle_outlinePros: Lighter bat for a skinnier 11u player. A lot of his teammates also use it now, because of the lighter feel to the bat. That one ounce does make a difference. A great price for this bat, would buy it again if I had to do it over.
remove_circle_outlineCons: Had to get used of the handle. Vibrated his hands the first few times, but doesn't even notice now. Been having the bat about a month now, can't comment on durability yet.
add_circle_outlinePros: SUPER HOTTTTTT .!!!! The one piece bat is so much better for youth baseball this is the best example of how a truly well-made bar will change a players game. COMBAT IS THE BEST...
2017 Combat Maxum -11 Senior
add_circle_outlinePros: Just ordered this bat for my son. The price was the reason. He had the Louisville Slugger Catylist the last two years. He told me its equal to but not better than the Slugger.
remove_circle_outlineCons: My son told me it rattles or vibrates even if you hit it on the sweet spot. Not sure about the durability we just purchased the bat. He likes the overall feel but he has only used it in the cage and not in games yet.
remove_circle_outlineCons: Bat broke 2nd game used, Temp was 82 degrees and sunny, Bat was broken in off Tee work 150 balls and then soft toss 100 balls, before any live pitching. This was being swung by a 48" tall 9 yr old
8 yr old and 11 yr old love this bat
add_circle_outlinePros: Pop, balanced swing weight, durability. We have never had a Combat Maxum spider, crack or break. Both my sons are their most confident when in the box with their Maxums. They absolutely love them.
remove_circle_outlineCons: At some point they wont make them anymore since Combat is defunct....
add_circle_outlinePros: My son likes the look and general feel of the bat. It's given him some better pop and thus far it's been durable. Have owned for one month playing travel ball.
remove_circle_outlineCons: Son is having a hard time with the vibration and stingers coming off this bat if it's not hit just perfect every time. No other bat we've used he's had such a hard time. Have doubled up the tape to try to assist with the sting if not hit perfect.
The 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 is not manufactured in a 32 inch length from COMBAT.
I've read some reviews and it says this bat has a lot of pop, but is not durable. I was wondering if this bat is going to be durable with a lot of pop?
This 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat (SL7MX211) is a new 2017 model (and there wasn't a 2 5/8" model with a -11 length-to-weight ratio for 2016) so we haven't been able to see a whole lot in regard to durability. However, I would imagine that the performance will be there on this bat as the 2016 MAXUMs were a great success in regard to performance.
What is the difference in this bat vs the new DeMarini CF Zen?
This 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat (SL7MX211) will differ from the 2017 DeMarini CF Zen Balanced Senior League Baseball Bat (DXCBZ) as this MAXUM is a one-piece bat while the CF Zen is the two-piece bat. You'll notice as well that this MAXUM is a -11 model while the CF Zen is a -10 model. Lastly, I think that the longer barrel length on this MAXUM will lead to a slightly larger sweet spot on it as well. However, in regard to similarities, both bats will be pretty balanced in their swing weights and both bats are all composite in their build.
My son is 9 years old and weighs 84 lbs. His coach says to use a heavier bat for more power. (1) What is the difference between a -11 and -10? (2) Should he get a BBCOR?
(1) The difference between a bat that is listed as a -11 like this 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat (SL7MX211) and a bat that is listed as a -10 is going to be the length-to-weight ratio. The length-to-weight ratio is the difference between the number of the length in inches and the number of the weight in ounces. This COMBAT MAXUM has a difference of 11 between the number of the length in inches and the number of the weight in ounces. A bat that is listed as a -10 will have a difference of 10 between the number of the length in inches and the number of the weight in ounces. Therefore, if you were to compare a -11 bat and a -10 bat that both had the same length, the -11 model would be 1 ounce lighter. (2) I would not recommend getting a BBCOR for a 9 year old player. BBCOR bats are meant for use by high school and college aged players. Those bats will be listed as -3 models. They will be much heavier than a -11 model like this COMBAT MAXUM.
Why is the -10 cost so much more than the -11?
Due to the 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 not being the more common size used by players it will come with a lower price tag as COMBAT sells them at a lower cost.
Is this bat BESR certified?
No, the 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 is USSSA 1.15 BPF certified.
Do you expect the 2017 MAXUM (-11) to have the same "pop" as the 2016 MAXUM (-12)?
This 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat (SL7MX211) is made with the same composite material and should be able to display extremely similar performance to the 2017 MAXUM (-12) bat.
Do you need to break this bat in?
Yes, we would recommend around 100-150 swings off the tee or soft toss. Make sure you rotate the barrel about a quarter of an inch every 15-20 swings to fully break-in the composite fibers throughout the bat.
Do the SL7MX210 and SL7MX211 have the same performance characteristics when the weights are equal (i.e. - a 31"/20 oz of the SL7MX211 and a 30"/20 oz of the SL7MS210)?
Yes, this 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat (SL7MX211) and the SL7MS210 will have the same potential for performance when you are comparing models of similar length and weight (the only slight advantage is that this SL7MX211 features a larger 2 3/4" barrel diameter).
I want to purchase this bat but have one question. How are any warranty issues being handled for Combat bats now & in the future?
Combat bats purchased from JustBats.com, such as the 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211, will feature a 12 month warranty through JustBats.com instead of the manufacturer.
I read Combat is out of business partly due to their 500 day warranty and return issues. I heard this bat is very good but can periodically have cracking issues. Will you honor the 12 month warranty with this bat? Or what is your policy with this bat?
Yes, we will honor the warranty on all Combat bats purchased from us.
Which bat is best for an 11 year old who's playing travel ball?
A very popular and highly rated bat for an 11 year old playing travel ball would be the 2016 COMBAT VIGOR -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: VIGSL110 in a 30" size.
The barrel is a 2 3/4", correct?
Yes, the barrel is 2 3/4"
I just bought the -11, thinking it was a -10. It is for my 9 year old twins. They have been using a 30"/20 oz (-10). Will they be alright?
If you purchased this 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat (SL7MX211) in the 30"/19 oz size or the 31"/20 oz size, I think your players should be fine to use either of those sizes of bats. However, once they start to get older, you'll want to consider using progressively heavier bats so that they grow stronger with age in their swings.
If I purchased this bat, would it have the USA Stamp for approved use in any little league organization?
This bat does not carry the USA certification stamp. It has the USSSA stamp. Only newer 2018 models will have the USA stamp on them. However, Combat does not have any USA certified bats.
Granted this is a '17 bat, is there still a warranty? I see a lot of reviews mentioning cracking etc.
The 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 does come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
How does this 17' Combat Maxum compare to the 16' Marucci Hex Alloy in performance? Distance, pop and sweet spot size?
The major difference between these two bats will be that the 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 is a one-piece composite bat compared to the one-piece alloy construction of the Marucci Hex Alloy Senior League Baseball Bat. Furthermore, the 2017 Combat Maxum will provide a lower swing weight and a 20-40% increase in hitting surface. The pop and distance provided from each of these bats will be very similar as they are both held to the same USSSA regulations.
My son is 9 years old and a little small for his age. What would be a good bat for him in his 1st year of 9U travel ball?
In my opinion, I think one-piece bats are more beneficial to younger players because of the durability they provide. With that being said I think the 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 in a 29 inch length would be a great option for your player.
Is this bat a USA approved bat?
The 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 is not USA Baseball certified. It is however, USSSA eligible.
Do you have a 31" 20 oz. available?
Unfortunately, we have sold out of the 31" 20 oz. 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211. Since the 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 is a closeout model, we will not be re-stocking any of the sizes.
What is true weight on this bat and how does it compare to the 2018 Cat 7?
Most bats will weight .5-1 oz heavier than the listed weight due to things like the paint and adhesive glue not being factored into the listed weight. The Marucci Cat 7 is a one-piece, all alloy model while this Combat is a one-piece, composite design. Both bats should perform very well.
What is the difference between this bat and to 2018 model?
There will not be much different between the 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 and the 2018 model minus the cosmetic design of the bat.
My son is 8 going on 9 and is around 4'6" and 76 pounds. He has been swinging a 27" drop 12 Easton for a couple years until it broke. I am not sure if he should move up to a larger bat. I was thinking about the 27/16 or the 28/17 Combat Maxum and really not sure which way to go. Any help would be great.
Based on your player's height and weight, as well as his age, I would suggest the 28/17 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 given the two options listed.
My son it 7 years old and batting with a 27" 19oz bat. He is 50" and about 53 lbs. His current bat has worked fine but I have always thought it was a bit too heavy. Now his is going into all-stars and will be facing faster pitchers. Is this a good bat for him or is there a better version out there? Also, it has to be USA bat certified. Thanks for your insight!
To start, the 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 is a USSSA approved bat, but will not be allowed for any USA sanctioned baseball. Unfortunately, Combat has not made a USA model bat. If you were looking for a lighter USA model, I would recommend checking out some of our (-10) USA options.
I bought this bat for my 9 year old son and it seems to be very dead and it vibrates! It doesn"t make any sound when hits it. What"s up with that?
The 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 is a fully composite bat. With composite bats, a break-in period is needed to loosen up the composite fibers and see the bat's true performance. To break-in the bat, we suggest either soft toss or hitting of a tee for about 200 swings, rotating the bat a 1/4 turn every 10 swings.
As a one piece bat, the player could experience some vibration with mishits.
How would you compare the 27' Combat Maxum versus the Easton S2? Which is more balanced to give an easier swing? Which has better pop? Are these both 2 3/4' and legal for travel ball in 2018? For rec ball we are using the Rawlings 5150 USA bat, but I want to get a big barrel for travel ball now.
e"s baseball dad
The 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL7MX211 will be a more balanced feel than the S2, will be very close in performance of the bats and will both be legal for travel ball in 2018.
What is the barrel size?
This 2017 COMBAT MAXUM -11 Senior League Baseball Bat (SL7MX211) has a 2 3/4" barrel diameter.

COMBAT is obsessed with making the "best bats" in the industry.
A product of the CE Composites brand, COMBAT entered the baseball and softball worlds in 2004. Since that point, the company has emerged as the fastest growing brand within the industries. Their bats have set a higher standard in all leagues and age ranges.
The brains behind COMBAT are not only regarded as composite design, manufacturing and engineering experts, but they are also die hard fans and players of the game. Above all, they strive to understand what players need and want. They truly live by their motto:
Marucci baseball bats continue to be used by players at all levels of the game, and for good reason. For the 2018 season, the F5 series is ready to take the nation by storm. When Marucci released the famous CAT series, they named it after hurricane categories due to the sheer strength of their AZ4X aluminum alloy. Now, Marucci has stuck with the weather references and named this model after another one of nature's most violent storms: an F5 tornado. They did so because of the F5 baseball bats ability to wreak havoc on a field. As a one-piece aluminum alloy construction, this model delivers a traditional, consistent feel with a balanced swing weight for better control through the zone. Inside of the barrel, Marucci utilizes a multi-variable wall design that creates a massive sweet spot with unprecedented durability. They have also applied their proven Ring-free barrel technology that maximizes performance at the plate while guaranteeing zero dead spots. On the other end, a custom micro-perforated soft touch grip decreases negative impact feedback and increases overall comfort. Marucci: Honor The Game!
This Marucci F5 Youth Big Barrel Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) features a drop 10 length to weight ratio, a massive 2 3/4-inch barrel diameter, and the USSSA 1.15 BPF certified stamp on the taper. See the power of an F5 for yourself and order one of these Marucci baseball bats today with free shipping and a full one (1) year manufacturer's warranty. add_circle_outlinePros: Great value. My son hit his first homer the second weekend tourney after the purchase. He was having issues with stinging his hands from a composite bat he was using prior to this purchase. He wanted a Cat 7 but financially it wasn't in the cards.
add_circle_outlinePros: nice bat at a good price, first time I heard my son hit with it Inhad flashbacks to my own childhood. the distinctive metal ding sounded awesome and it has a good balance and nice pop. So far it has only been used indoors but he has hit some lasers off it. once we get outside I will update but it seems to have good pop and solid construction.
add_circle_outlinePros: my son was struggling having good at bat lately and after he received this bat he got his confidence again and he is hitting bombs. this bat drives the ball far and with the big barrel you can have a good at bat 90% of the time. my son is happy and I'm too for him.
add_circle_outlinePros: Great Price! Great Pop!! Vibration is very low! My 9-year-old loves this bat. He says it just feels good in his hands! I can defiantly see a change in his hitting. I highly recommend this bat!!
remove_circle_outlineCons: No cons yet. If that changes I will update the review.
add_circle_outlinePros: My 9 year old son loves this bat. His first time using it he got on base every time. Second game he got a homerun. All the kids on the team started using it and were hitting homeruns or had big hits! I shop alot for bats because of my older son in baseball too but would definetly buy this brand again. Has a great soft grip too.
add_circle_outlinePros: So far do good, my 9 year old is pretty happy with it and its been popular on his travel team. Good pop, nice swinging bat. Heard it would ringg your hands on miss hits but haven't experienced that. Seems well built, I don't see durability being an issue.
add_circle_outlinePros: Always bought Mariucci bats and this bat is up there like the other ones they sell. My 9yr old boy swings this bat is very light for him he loves his bat i recommend it to any kid that loves baseball to buy this bat no regrets what so ever.
Do these bats have the USABat label on them? Are they approved for next year's new bat rules? Do all of the new 2018 bats have the labels? I don't see the label in the pictures.
The 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) is not going to feature the new USA stamp. The bats featuring the new USA stamp will not come out until September. Not all of the 2018 models will feature the USA stamp.
How does this compare to a Cat 7? I want to step up to a drop 10, 28 inch.
The 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) is very similar in feel to the Marruci Cat 7 and is a great option for those looking for a similar bat in a -10. It features a one piece aluminum design just like the Cat 7 and has a big sweet spot. I would recommend it for you.
How would you compare the 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBF5X10 to the new Easton Beast X -10 SL18BX10?
I am looking for a 28/18 for a 9yo travel player.
Both bats are very comparable. The main difference is in the cosmetics. When it comes to performance, they are almost identical. If you swing Marucci, then the 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) is the bat for you as it is a high end bat for Marucci.
How will this bat differ from the Hex Alloy 2?
This 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) and the 2018 Marucci Hex Alloy 2 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBHA2X10) both come with a 2 3/4" barrel diameter, -10 length-to-weight ratio and USSSA 1.15 BPF certification. As well, both bats are one-piece, all-aluminum in their design. The difference between the two bats is going to be the specific alloy material used on the bats. This F5 features the AZ4X aluminum alloy on it while the Hex Alloy 2 features AZ105 Alloy. The AZ105 Alloy allows for thinner barrel walls & better performance without sacrificing durability. The special alloy used on the Hex Alloy 2 will be the cause for the higher price on that model of bat.
Can you tell me the differences between the F5 and the Buster Posey Marucci metal bat. I am looking for a 30"/20 oz size. What are the major differences in these two bats?
Both this 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) and the Marucci Posey28 Pro Metal -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBP28X10) are one-piece, all-alloy bats with balanced swing feels. Both bats actually feature the same AZ4X alloy on them as well. The big difference between the bats will be the cosmetics and also that the Posey28 features an optimized barrel design that will allow for a more responsive and longer sweet spot.
How does the F5 compare to the Cat 7?
The Cat 7 contains the AV2 knob which offers a better feel and reduces vibration. Also the Cat 7 has the AZ4X alloy which is stronger and has a higher response rate. But the 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) has a multi-variable wall which aids in durability and also expands the sweet spot.
Would this bat be okay for 11U travel with the 2 3/4" barrel?
The 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBF5X10 features USSSA approval, so it would be legal for play in USSSA sanctioned travel ball.
What is the difference in the Marucci F5 and the Marucci Hex bat, both 2018 models?
The Hex has a ring free barrel to ensure that there are no dead spots in the barrel allowing for a larger sweet spot. The Hex also has a professionally inspired knob to enhance comfort and control. Either than that, the 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) and the Hex contain the same aspects.
Is this a BBCOR bat?

Will this bat be legal for 11U Baseball?

Does the bat grip come in a gold color?
Unfortunately, the 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBF5X10 will only come with the grey color grip you see in the pictures. You can add your own bat grip after purchase though.
How important is the USA stamp on the bats?
If you play in a Little League sanctioned league, then you will most likely be required to have the new USA stamp for the bat to be legal for play. Some leagues are delaying using this standard until 2019 however, so best to check with your coach or league commissioner for detailed rules on the bats allowed for your league.
Can I get the grip in a gold color please?
Unfortunately we are not able to do custom grip tape on bats.
Can an F5 be used in machine pitch or only coach pitch?
The 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBF5X10 can be used in kid pitch and machine pitch.
My son plays 10U. I wonder if the Marucci F5 -10 is good?
Despite, the lower cost, this 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) is a great bat and would be worth considering for your 10U player. All the performance reviews we received at this time have been very positive and I think you guys would be happy with the bat if you went with it!
How does this bat stack up to the 2018 Rawlings VELO -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (UT8V34)?
Here at JustBats, we have actually heard more testimony on this 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) than we have heard on the VELO (UT8V34). That testimony on this F5 has been as good or better than what we have heard on the VELO. Because of that, I would recommend this F5 as it is way less in cost and will perform as well as the VELO.
How does this compare to the 2018 Marucci Hex Alloy 2 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBHA2X10? My son has been using a USA bat in a league that allows USSSA and I want to get him that upgrade. Is the Hex Alloy 2 worth the extra $80?
The 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBF5X10 and the 2018 Marucci Hex Alloy 2 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBHA2X10 will be very similar as they are both one-piece alloy bats. The biggest difference is the Marruci Hex Alloy 2 will be slightly more balanced.
Can you let me know if the 29" 19 oz MSBF5X10 is actually lighter than the 30" 20 oz? I am looking for lighter bat other than a 30" 20 oz
The 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBF5X10 is coming in at roughly 0.7oz heavier than the listed weight. Therefore, the 29" F5 is going to weigh approximately one ounce less than the 30" model.
Is this bat USSSA approved?
The 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat: MSBF5X10 is USSSA approved.
Will this bat be ready out the wrapper?
