* Click on each bat in the bat pack to get individual features for that bat
Pros: One piece construction and durable Great pop so far
Cons: None noted at this time
Pros: big sweet spot, nice balanced feel
Cons: unsure about durability
Pros: Looks good. Grip seems cheaper than 2016 models grip.
Cons: Have owned combat bats last 3 years. All the previous bata have been the correct length and weight as stated. All before were made in Canada. This bat was made in China, also it weighs about 1.2 oz more than it should. So ita basically a -8.5 big diffrence for a 10 year old. Will probably return to get the 2017 or 2016 model when still made in Canada. I would not risk buying the newer combats made in china, might as well switch to easton and start haing bats that ate not the corrextly stated weights. If a bat states it weighs a certain amount it should for the $300 price tag.
Pros: lots of pop out the wrapper only gets better with time......huge sweet spot
Cons: none great bat
Pros: great pop but grips not the same as the old liz skin and its made in China so im sure qc is not the same as the old Canada made combat but over all it still got that huge Barrel and combat sound so we will see how it lasts if not marucci will be getting a new customers usa usa usa all day
Cons: China mad
Pros: Lot of pop out of the wrapper. Great feel. We have only used it several times so don't know the durability yet. My son is very excited about his new bat and is hitting the ball harder this year. The combat is giving him the confidence to swing harder..
Cons: None so far!
Pros: All good
Cons: None yet
Pros: This bat was great right out of the package. Lots of pop and my kid loves it!
Cons: I purchased this bat to replace another Maxum Combat that cracked under warranty. I've followed the return process and have called Easton several times (they now own the brand)...every time I've been placed on a endless hold. I also submitted a claim through email with no response. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Pros: Balanced, HUGE barrel, Hot out of the wrapper, most important - son is confident with it in his hands. Now that Just Bats is backing them up, NO WORRIES
Cons: Can get a little sting - it is one piece
Pros: Big sweet spot. My son's hand speed is unaffected from this bat that is 1/2" wider and 3oz heavier than his previous bat.
Cons: Still too early to tell.
Pros: Light Swing feel, Full Composite no seams or rings, Unbelievable Pop, Little to no hand sting, Sweet spot is enormous. My 11 year old Travel Ball player is a completely different hitter with this bat in his hands. He becames a contact hitter with power to all fields, they nick-named him beast mode with the Maxum. Little league usa bats vs this usssa bat...Easy 60 feet and exit velocity and swing speed is off the charts.
Cons: Combat is out of business and these bats don't show up often as used, 2018 bats are made in China, limited sizes and weights. Every single kid wants to use the bat all the time, every practice, every game, every tournament, every baseball camp without fail. It's hard to say no because there are no replacements and we're trying to make it last.
Pros: Great value. My son hit his first homer the second weekend tourney after the purchase. He was having issues with stinging his hands from a composite bat he was using prior to this purchase. He wanted a Cat 7 but financially it wasn't in the cards.
Cons: None as of yet
Pros: nice bat at a good price, first time I heard my son hit with it Inhad flashbacks to my own childhood. the distinctive metal ding sounded awesome and it has a good balance and nice pop. So far it has only been used indoors but he has hit some lasers off it. once we get outside I will update but it seems to have good pop and solid construction.
Cons: nothing so far.
Pros: my son was struggling having good at bat lately and after he received this bat he got his confidence again and he is hitting bombs. this bat drives the ball far and with the big barrel you can have a good at bat 90% of the time. my son is happy and I'm too for him.
Pros: Great pop! Love the way it sounds!
Cons: Vibrates pretty bad if i dont get bat head on the ball.
Pros: Great Price! Great Pop!! Vibration is very low! My 9-year-old loves this bat. He says it just feels good in his hands! I can defiantly see a change in his hitting. I highly recommend this bat!!
Cons: No cons yet. If that changes I will update the review.
Pros: Feels great, has great pop, is a new bat so not sure on durability yet.
Cons: stings like other bats. not any different
Pros: Quality big barrel at an affordable price. Kid's confidence is rising.
Cons: None so far.
Pros: My 9 year old son loves this bat. His first time using it he got on base every time. Second game he got a homerun. All the kids on the team started using it and were hitting homeruns or had big hits! I shop alot for bats because of my older son in baseball too but would definetly buy this brand again. Has a great soft grip too.
Cons: Too soon to say any...
Pros: awesome bat
Cons: nothing bad to say
Pros: Well balanced No vibration Nice Sweet Spot with great pop Performs just as well as the higher priced bats at half the price. Great bat!
Cons: None so far, have been using it for a month now without any problems. Time will tell about its durability, no denting from a team of 9 year olds.
Pros: Great Pop
Cons: None so far.
Pros: Great distance off the bat was amazing ...
Pros: Excellent bat for the price
Pros: So far do good, my 9 year old is pretty happy with it and its been popular on his travel team. Good pop, nice swinging bat. Heard it would ringg your hands on miss hits but haven't experienced that. Seems well built, I don't see durability being an issue.
Pros: Son has had bat for a few weeks. Hitting the ball with more power and sounds much better coming off the bat
Cons: None so far
Pros: Always bought Mariucci bats and this bat is up there like the other ones they sell. My 9yr old boy swings this bat is very light for him he loves his bat i recommend it to any kid that loves baseball to buy this bat no regrets what so ever.
Pros: first bat i let my 8 year old son pick out on his own. he swings it well and it seems to have good pop. so far he is happy.
Pros: My son loves this bat! Has great pop and he has already had several hits. Great price too! This Marucci is a great bat.
Cons: None that he says
Pros: he loves the grip & was hot right out of the plastic. hit a homerun first weekend with it.
Cons: none so far
