Great pop for a wood bat Stacey McLaughlin Parent

Pros: My son was alittle hesitant about this bat until he used it in a recent wood bat tourney. He told me he loves the pop this bat has . Swings just like his Combat BBCOR.

Pros: The gloss and shine was an eye catcher. The nonslip handle felt good in the hands even with batting gloves on but that’s about it.

Cons: The pop was gone after the first line drive out to right center. After a few foul balls on my second at bat I could feel the vibration in my hands. The bat broke just above the non slip grip after a solid shot up the middle! Really disappointed in this bat after all the hype and reviews said it would last a whole season or more!!

Pros: great feel out of the box. nice pop

Cons: the company does NOT stand behind their warranty. Buyer be ware. They are awful to deal with. My son is 16 years old and plays travel. This bat lasted literally 5 days worth of batting practice swings. We called the company up and they would not honor the warranty and give us our money back and they argued that their bat is made well even after having to send them pics for proof. Made us pay shipping to send us a new one and same result 11 days and it chipped dented and was awful!! DO NOT BUY!!

I really like this bat.. Dean Player

Pros: I like a thicker handle on my bats and this bat is perfect for me. It has a slightly thicker handle and is incredibly well balanced and is really a beautiful looking bat with a classic finish. Also, the warranty support from BamBooBat.com and customer service it top notch....

Cons: Cracked it during my first game, but it was a cutter in on the hands and I'd wager that most bats would have had the same result. Their warranty support was excellent and it was really easy to get a replacement. All I had to do was send a couple of photos of the bat and a copy of my receipt and they had a replacement sent to me within 24hrs.

Would I assume this would feel heavier than an ash bat but lighter than a maple?

Due to the BamBooBat Bamboo/Maple Composite Wood BBCOR Baseball Bat: HBBG271 being made from both maple and bamboo materials, it would be fair to say that these types of bats would be stronger than ash but not quite as heavy as a pure maple model.

If the bat becomes defective within 100 days from purchase, the bat will be covered under warranty. This process and replacement will be handled through BamBooBat directly.
